Stressing You Right Out

A leaked psychological study from the Big "G" tells us all we need to know about about how Big Tech works to induce stress in people so that corporations, the Health Complex and NGOs can rake in the cash.

Vid from Amazing Polly talking about how Google and other internet search results now give stress inducing results - making it harder for you to find what you are looking for, or turning up a list of bizarre answers, or unbalanced news (Gaslighting you, otherwise known as the Alice in Wonderland technique, where the world is portrayed in a way that confuses people, where things don't seem to make sense). It's intended to get people to react and buy things, like drugs, or alcohol, or engage in retail therapy.

Trade Deal Coming, or Will U.S. & China Slide Towards Messy Divorce?

The Duran’s Alex Christoforou and Editor-in-Chief Alexander Mercouris discuss the latest developments in the US-China trade negotiations following the G7 summit in France. President Trump, in a Monday press conference, suggested that China is ready to come to a trade deal, as Beijing has also signaled for a resolution to the ongoing and deepening dispute.

During the G7 press conference, US President Trump repeatedly complimented China's President Xi Jinping and insisted China "want[s] to make a deal" because it "can't lose three million jobs in a short period of time."

The Obama's don't believe in climate change judging from the location of their recent beachfront home purchase

RUSH: I hear from you frequently, who think that the Democrat primary process is all a show for nothing because at the last moment Michelle Obama is gonna rush in there and accept the nomination and save the Democrat Party.
Now, I know that’s always been a seductive thing to believe. I want to tell you I never have believed it. The closest I got to believing it was when thinking about it from the perspective of Barack Hussein Obama. I don’t think Michelle Obama has ever had any desire to be president, but I could see where he would want back in.
Now, he can’t do it again, but Michelle could go in and front for him, and he could be revolutionary first guy, whatever, like Clinton was gonna be. But all of that’s out the window now because the Obamas have purchased beachfront property in Martha’s Vineyard. They’re gonna be so close to the Kennedys there that you could probably throw water balloons at each other.
Multiple sources on Martha’s Vineyard say that the Obamas are now in escrow for the estate owned by the owner of the Boston Celtics. Barack Hussein O and Michelle (My Belle) O have been renting the house this summer, they loved it so much, they made an offer. Now, the property originally was put on the market for some obscene amount of money and it didn’t sell. I think it was over $20 million. The Obamas are buying it for $15 million, 14.8.
It has 29 beachfront acres. The main residence is just shy of 6900 square feet. It’s about the size of my library. It has seven bedrooms so that the Obama children will have a place to crash along with several of their friends. It’s got the obligatory pool, the outdoor fireplace, vaulted ceilings, two guest wings, but it’s right on the beach. It’s right on the beach.
The Obamas have just sunk $15 million into something that may not be there in 10 years because of climate change and rising sea levels. So why would the Obamas do that? Why would the brilliant Barack Hussein O plunk down $15 million on a property that’s gonna be ruined and destroyed inside of 10, maybe 12 years at the outside because of climate change?
Well, let’s see. What could the answer be? Maybe because they know that this whole climate change thing is nothing but a gigantic left-wing agenda-driven hoax! Seriously, folks! Seriously! You can make jokes, we can crack about it, laugh about it, but why the hell would — Look, left-wing voters, Democrat voters believe that their standard-bearers really, really passionately believe this stuff.
Democrat primary voters believe that all these Democrat leaders from Obama on down to Crazy Bernie, you name it, they really believe this climate change stuff. They really believe it. That’s why they’re so important. That’s why they’re so valuable. What Obama said after accepting the nomination in 2008 (doing Obama impression), “Today is the day that the saving of the planet has begun. Today the sea levels are gonna start receding.” “Yay, yay.”
Well, the truth is Algore doesn’t really believe it. He’s done a great job of convincing people. Obama doesn’t really believe this crap. If he did, they wouldn’t be buying a $15 million home that’s gonna be overrun by the ocean in years. Now, some of you are saying, “Well, wait a minute, Rush. Maybe not. Maybe they don’t want to live in it any longer than that. They love it and they want to get in it while they can, Rush.” I’m sure this will be one of the rationales that their devotees will come up with to explain it, but it’s a futile exercise.
They don’t any more believe that the sea levels are gonna rise to swallow up Martha’s Vineyard than I do. And this proves it. It also illustrates why I thought Michelle (My Belle) O would not run. I don’t think she wants to give up the good life. I don’t think she wants to give up any part of being loved and adored and, as stated in numerous polls, the most admired woman in America, the most admired woman in the world. She doesn’t want give that up.
And I’ll tell you something else they know. After eight years in the White House, I think they probably have a good idea of the futility that ultimately it represents. They showed up in the White House in 2009 with this grandiose agenda, and I mean it was right out of Alinsky. They were gonna transform this country, they were gonna get nationwide government-run health care. They were going to soak the rich. Whatever madcap extremist radical leftism is, they were gonna get it done.
And in eight years they did a lot of damage and they scared a lot of people, but their expectations, they didn’t do diddly-squat. Now they’re looking at the signature Alinskyite issue being ripped to shreds and falling apart, Obamacare. They now see that despite eight years of telling the American people that the economic days of greatness are behind us, they now see that all it took is two years without the Obamas and the economy’s roaring back to life. So their lies have been exposed. Their agenda has been exposed as it doesn’t work. Why rejoin that fray?
“Well, Rush, they want the power of it. Maybe they want to finish the job.” Nah. They’re getting too much money. They have too many accolades. They’re big stars now. They get invited on David Geffen’s yacht, which is a big deal. They get invited to the Clinton birthday party. They get cover stories where they’re admired, the adulation never ends at People and USA Today. You might think that would continue. And it probably would. But who needs the hassle?
It’s like Fredo said, Fredo Cuomo pointed out, you know what? He thinks the reason Trump looks younger now than when he took office is because Trump doesn’t care. Trump doesn’t care about the country. Most presidents age in office, Fredo said. He was talking about this with Don Lemon.
Yeah, most presidents get gray hair, they get lines on their faces, the stress, not being able to sleep, worrying about who might be launching missiles or terror attacks, it just rips people apart and ages ’em like crazy, but Trump, Trump doesn’t look a day older. In fact, he may even look younger.
So Fredo concludes that Trump really doesn’t care. The job isn’t a burden to Trump because Trump doesn’t care about the country. Trump doesn’t have a care in the world. He just wants to have dinner with Tim Cook and go play golf with Rush Limbaugh and other people. He doesn’t care. That’s Fredo’s excuse.
I think there might be another reason why Trump is not aging, why Trump doesn’t look a day older in office. I can think of a whole bunch of reasons. I’m out of time for this segment here, but the fact is Obama did look like the job wore him out. And I don’t think Michelle Obama wants to go gray. And I don’t think Michelle Obama wants to have to start using Grecian Formula to hide the fact she’s going gray. I think they’ve got it right where they want it.
They’re gonna have their little six-months-a-year home in Martha’s Vineyard, knowing climate change is not gonna wipe it out. They don’t have to have the pressures of running around with their hand out begging people for money to run for office again. They have just as much power outside the White House as in, essentially. So I’ve never really thought she was gonna do it unless Barack really wanted it, but I think purchasing this house kind of wraps up that possibility now.
RUSH: There’s a guy named Andrew Stiles out there. Andrew Stiles occasionally writes for the Washington Free Beacon, and he has just a funny-as-hell piece on the Obamas picking up this beachfront estate in Martha’s Vineyard. He writes this story from the standpoint of how the left would write it, with all of the worshipfulness and the adulation and the idolatry. So the this would that Andrew Stiles imagines would accompany this story in any leftist publication goes like this:
“Obamas Strike Blow for Economic Justice, Donate Millions in Exchange for Massive Beachfront Estate.”
The subheadline is: “Former president conquers ‘wealth anxiety.'”
No matter what they do, it’s gonna be portrayed as a beautiful thing using leftist, politically correct talking points. The article begins, “Celebrity authors Barack and Michelle Obama are striking a blow for social, economic, and climate justice, vowing to donate an undisclosed eight-figure sum to Boston Celtics owner … in exchange for his massive beachfront estate on Martha’s Vineyard, the luxury island vacation spot popular with Northeastern elites, boat-shoed bon vivants, and other rich freaks who use ‘summer’ as a verb and donate to Pete Buttigieg,” and it goes on.
So the Obamas are tackling climate change! The Obamas are donating to a charity, the owner of the Boston Celtics. The Obamas are overcoming “wealth anxiety.” They see so many of their friends with so much, and they have so little, and they’re conquering that. It’s a great thing, the Obamas are doing. There is no greed. There is no desire to separate themselves from the poor and middle class. No, everything the Obamas are doing is rooted in charity and good workers — and even challenging climate change!
It’s the epitome of bravery to buy a house that you know is gonna be underwater in 10 years. That’s courage, that’s bravery. The Obamas may even be willing to sacrifice the $15 million they paid to prove the point. (impression) “Barack Obama, desperate to wake Americans ups, risks $15 million to drastic loss due to climate change by buying beachfront estate which may not exist in 10 years.” That’s how it works when you’re an approved leftist and you do stupid, crazy, hypocritical things.
RUSH: Okay. So Open Line Friday, El Rushbo, executing assigned host duties flawlessly, zero mistakes. Here we go back to the phones. This is Duane in Beaumont, Texas. How you doing, Duane? Great to have you here.
CALLER: Well, fantastic. I’m glad to have gotten on the line. Got a answer for you, though. I figured out why Obama bought the land so close to the water on Martha’s Vineyard.
RUSH: I thought I’d already answered this, but go — what is your take?
CALLER: Well, is — I believe that his real estate adviser is representative Hank Johnson, and so according to his logic, Martha’s Vineyard will float. So they really have nothing to worry about.
RUSH: Why — now, Hank Johnson thinks that Guam is going to tip over because of the population. You think Hank Johnson thinks Obama will prevent Martha’s Vineyard from tipping over and sinking?
CALLER: Well, it won’t sink in the water ’cause of the buoyancy, as far as he’s concerned, with his logic.
RUSH: Okay. Okay. Well, we don’t — I don’t know anything about that wives’ tale that there’s buoyancy involving — ladies and gentlemen, I —
RUSH: I know it’s Open Line Friday, but I have cautioned everybody. I make this look really easy. I know that all of you think you could do this, especially when you think I’m making a dumb, stupid point — which I never do. But don’t try this at home. The great always make it look easy, until you try it, and then you find out it isn’t. I always look at pros. When I look at football or baseball players or golfers hitting a ball…
The greatest golfers make it look like it’s easy as hell, until you get up there and actually start trying. Obama buying his home on the beach in Martha’s Vineyard is the greatest evidence yet that he and whole bunch of Democrats know that climate change is an entirely made-up hoax. If he really believed all this in the pit of his stomach, the bottom his heart, he wouldn’t be buying something that’s gonna be underwater in 10 years.
RUSH: The Democrat National Committee has announced there will not be, there will not be a single debate on climate change in the Democrat primary. They will not do a debate on climate change. Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! And there’s more to it than even that.

Story thanks to Trump is Right.

Kevin Shipp - Clintons Link Trump Russia Hoax & Epstein

Former CIA Officer and whistleblower Kevin Shipp says the Russian hoax and attempted coup of President Trump and the sex trafficking case against Jeffery Epstein are linked together by the same Deep State players. Shipp explains, “The FBI has completely raided his vault, and they have some pretty damning material. I don’t know why it took so long, but they have raided Epstein’s island . . . So, there is a lot of damning information the FBI has now on certain people. At the top of the list, and the one who flew the most, was Bill Clinton. Then he lied about it. They are intertwined in that regard and with the Clinton Foundation that we know is a fraud. It is known around the world, and you’ve got these two intersections with Bill and Hillary Clinton.

We’ve got so many strange things going on here that do not add up, and Attorney General Barr is ultimately responsible for this happening.”

Join Greg Hunter as he goes One-on-One with former CIA Officer and author of the top selling book about the Deep State called “From the Company of Shadows.”

Bill Barr is a CIA swamp creature and the FBI is the Deep State's cover-up apparatus. Everything possible will be done to limit the information coming out from this case. Shipp should know this, but as a CIA guy, is likely not telling people the whole truth about how the system really works. The FBI has a very long history in covering up crimes (911, the Anthrax murders) and accidents (TWA Flight 800) and even plotting false flag terror attacks that they later foil (Judge Napolitano outlined these events). Nevertheless, Shipp is highlighting the basic truth that the Clintons are highly corrupt and that there is more to the Epstein case involving intelligence agency work.

Anti-Trump Smear BACKFIRES On New York Times, Left AND Right Slam Newspaper (Tim Pool)

Anti-Trump Smear BACKFIRES On New York Times, Left AND Right Slam Newspaper. Reporters for the elite newspaper are outraged after discovering that conservatives are digging up old tweets and social media posts from New York Times reporters and embarrassing them.

In response to this completely normal media reporting, the Times ran an anti-trump smear claiming that it was a loose network of Trump allies trying to discredit the press. Apparently they are completely oblivious to what journalism is. The NYT is not above scrutiny and they are subject to the same exposure as anyone else. However they are trying to frame it as a political hit against them for being intrepid and ethical journalists. Wrong

This time the far left, left, center, and right have come out slamming the paper over their elitism. They seem to have a belief that they are better than the rest of us. Well, they aren't

Recently the NYT was exposed for being biased against Trump in a leaked transcript of a private meeting where they seem to decide on targeting the president with a left wing smear. Now in the wake of a damaging past they are trying to paint their critics as Trump supporters.

But in the end its just more fake news from the Times and everyone can see it. While the NYTimes does deserve credit for the work they do, we need to call out the increasing far left bias and activist journalism coming from these papers.

Can the American Economy Be Resurrected? - Paul Craig Roberts

“Lenin said that capitalists would sell the Communists the rope to hang them. But as matters turned out, capitalists let China sell them the labor that served to hang American capitalism.” — Michael Hudson

I was surprised to be given credit by readers for Trump ordering American corporations out of China and to bring the jobs back to the American workers that the corporations had abandoned. American economists, financial media, and Washington policymakers had never paid any attention to my analysis of US economic decline in terms of globalism and the offshoring of US jobs and technology, and I thought readers hadn’t either. Many readers tell me that economics is over their heads. My economic articles are the least read on my website.

I was again surprised when foreign media, including Press TV in far distant Iran, immediately contacted me requesting an interview about my influence on the White House. What does it all mean?
First, I will say that it is possible that someone showed Trump my latest column ( ), and that the light switched on. But it is also possible that Trump ordering the corporations home is just an escalation in his threats and reflects not his understanding but the impotence of tariffs to correct the lack of good jobs for Americans and the decline in their real incomes.

However, in the event a light went on in the White House, and that Trump might be shown how to proceed in bringing the offshored jobs back to America where they belong, I will address the issue. If nothing else, perhaps at some distant time historians of economic thought will write that only Paul Craig Roberts and Michael Hudson had a clue about the collapse of US economic power.

To recap before we move forward. When the Soviet Union unexpectedly and suddenly collapsed, China and India gave up on socialism and opened their economies to Western capital. The Soviet Union did not collapse because Reagan won the cold war, a goal that Reagan disavowed, but because hardline elements in the Communist Party leadership were concerned that Gorbachev was careless in trusting the Americans and was retreating from the Soviet Empire too cavalierly. To halt the dissolution of the empire that protected Russia from land invasion, the hardline Communists placed President Gorbachev under house arrest. It was this that initiated the collapse that left Yeltsin, a Washington puppet, in charge as Washington dismantled the Soviet Union and proceeded to steal, together with Israel, Russia’s resources.

The conclusion reached by India and China, the countries with the largest populations, was that socialism leads to collapse, but capitalism leads to riches. For the first time the vast under-employed labor resources of the world’s two most populous countries were available for foreign exploitation. The labor could be exploited, that is, paid less than its contribution to output, because an immense over-supply of labor existed in the labor market. The excess supply of labor meant that that a work force could be hired for far less than it contributed to the corporation’s earnings.

Corporate CEOs and directors—and Wall Street—noticed this opportunity to increase profits. The first corporations that rushed into China were disappointed, and the word went out that the opportunity wasn’t as good as it looked. But China worked to make offshored production a lucrative adventure, and manufacturing jobs left the US by the droves. The consequence was that the US Middle Class shrunk, and with it the tax base of states and cities. America ceased to prosper, but the economic hurt was covered up with fake inflation, employment, and GDP growth reports, and Federal Reserve printing of massive amounts of money that propped up the prices of financial assets and real estate.

When the hurt became harder to hide, China was blamed for hurting American workers by exporting too much to America. The people blaming China did not bother to look at the percentage of imports from China that consisted of Apple computers and iPhones, Nike shoes, Levi Strauss jeans, etc. The offshored production of US firms constitutes a large percentage of imports. Goods and services produced by US firms offshore count as imports when they are brought back to the US to sell.

In other words the “Chinese import problem” was in fact the offshored production of US firms brought back to sell to Americans who no longer were involved in the production of the goods and services and, therefore, did not have any income from the production of what they purchased. In contrast, the offshoring corporate shareholders were rolling in money.

India benefited from receiving US IT and software engineering jobs, which could be performed anywhere and the work product sent over the Internet. Indian education and English language skills made it easy for US tech firms to use work visas to bypass US university graduates.

What resulted over the last quarter century was the dismantling of the supply chains and labor force that supported American manufacturing and industry. The once booming factories and industrial sites are closed and run down or converted into condos or apartments. If Trump can bring the US corporations home, where do they go?

The offshoring era wasn’t a six-month economic recession. It was years when skilled and experienced labor aged and died, and no new entrants learned the skills and work discipline. Today China is a fully developed manufacturing and industrial economy. The United States is not.

For the US corporations to come back home, they have to leave a developed economy in China for a semi-developed or undeveloped one in the US. If they are compelled to do this all at once, they will lose their production in China before they can recreate the plant and equipment, work force, supply chains, and transportation systems essential to renew the US as a manufacturing and industrial power. If you look at the payroll jobs reports, it has been many years since the US created manufacturing and industrial jobs.

A quarter century of capitalist flight from the American work force has left the United States similar to India a half century ago, a country whose jobs consist mainly of lowly paid domestic service jobs. The absence of livable jobs is why so many Americans aged 24-34 cannot live an independent existence and live at home with parents or grandparents. It is why university graduates cannot repay their student loans and have been turned into debt slaves.

In order to bring American corporations home from China, this is what Trump has to do. The transition has to be gradual. The corporations can only phase out their offshored production in China as they can recreate the necessary conditions for producing in the US. The process is, in effect, like bringing development to an undeveloped economy.

Trump, that is, the US government, will have to compensate the corporations for the enormous increase in their labor (and regulatory, liability, etc.) costs associated with again producing for US markets with US labor by changing the way the corporations’ income is taxed. Companies that produce for their domestic market with domestic labor would have a low tax rate. Companies that produce abroad with foreign labor for their US market would have a high tax rate. The difference in the tax rates can be calculated to offset the labor cost differential. Companies that produce abroad for sale abroad would not be affected.

If Trump orders US corporations out of China before they can reconstruct the conditions for manufacturing and industry in the US, the firms will be without sales and revenues and fail.

The question is raised whether Trump can order US firms to leave China and return home. There are two reasons Trump’s order might be simply rhetoric. One is that the corporations are content with their existing profits that flow from low cost labor and have no intention of losing the cost savings. US global corporations have the wealth to interfere in US elections and elections in every country in which they have a presence. If Trump goes against the global corporations, he will not receive their campaign funds. His opponent will instead.

Trump can make the argument that the offshoring deal only worked for the corporations, not for the American people. “Free market” economists gave assurances that better jobs would take the place of the manufacturing jobs moved offshore and that offshore production would pay back to the US consumer in lower prices more than the loss of wages from the offshored jobs. This was not the case. Have any of you experienced lower prices of Nike shoes, Levi jeans, Apple computers and iPhones? The corporations did not deliver on the free market promise. They lowered their costs but kept the prices up. Not a single one of the better jobs materialized. Trump will need these arguments to put the corporations on the defensive.

The second reason is that Trump is alleged not to have the power to order US corporations to leave China and to return to their American work force, whatever is left of it. At one time this was probably the case. In 1952 President Truman nationalized the the American steel industry in order to prevent a strike that would have stopped steel production during the Korean War. The Supreme Court ruled against Truman. But today after the extraordinary accumulation of powers in the presidency from the Clinton, George W. Bush, and Obama regimes, and the powers given by Congress to the executive branch to fight “the war on terror,” the president today can rule by executive order.

Trump has cited the 1977 International Emergency Economic Powers Act as law empowering him to order US firms home from China. He has many additional powers. A president who has the power to detain in violation of habeas corpus US citizens indefinitely without evidence presented to a court, and who can order the execution of US citizens on suspicion alone without due process of law, can order whatever he wants.

Based on the powers created by Republicans during the George W. Bush Regime and Democrats during the Obama Regime, President Trump has the power to arrest CEOs and boards of directors that have offshored production on the grounds that they are conspiring with China to steal American jobs and to drive the United States down into the ranks of Third World Countries. A far better case could be made for this than for the absurd Russiagate story that was used to stop Trump from normalizing relations with Russia.

To insure that he has the deep state’s support, all Trump has to do is to remind the US military/security complex that the United States cannot continue to produce the weapon systems necessary to remain as the world’s hegemon unless it can reestablish its manufacturing and industrial capability. Andrei Martyanov in his new book, The Real Revolution in Military Affairs ( ) proves that in decisive weapons systems and force integration, the US is completely outclassed by the Russians, and in some respects by the Chinese. Indeed, it is not clear that the US is capable of defeating Iran in conventional war. The parts of many US weapons systems are produced abroad, which raises the question of supply during times of war.

With the backing of the deep state, Trump can order the corporations home.

For years John Whitehead and I have stressed that Washington is creating a dictatorship. If the deep state is on Trump’s side, he becomes a dictator who can dispense with elections and dispense with his opposition. To be clear, not only can Trump do this, but any future president can. The only question is who will be the target? White people? Offshoring corporations who have ruined America for their own profits? Russia? China? Iran?

No, I haven’t gone off the deep end. I am describing for you the extrapolation of the implications of what we are witnessing and living. An American President elected by Americans dispossessed of their jobs and their livelihoods by greed-driven US corporations and faced with unlimited illegal immigration to drive down the wages of the lowly paid jobs that still exist, an American President who, like Ronald Reagan, declared peaceful intentions toward Russia in order to reduce the likelihood of a nuclear war that would destroy all life on Earth—it is this President who is under attack.

Why is the President who wants to restore American jobs and reduce the threat of nuclear war so vehemently opposed by the American presstitute media, the liberal/progressive/left, the Democratic Party, and millions of otherwise doomed Americans? The only reason such an absurd attack on Trump could take place is that the military/security complex was behind it. Otherwise, a president with all the powers that have been accumulated in the presidency over the past quarter century could have arrested his opponents and held them in indefinite detention. Even President Lincoln could do this to 300 Northern newspaper editors during the War of Northern Aggression. Lincoln even exiled a US Congressman who was critical of Lincoln’s invasion of the Confederacy.

Trump is correct that if the US is to remain a world power, it is necessary to restore manufacturing and industrial capability. If the US is to absorb the massive number of third world peoples it has admitted, it is necessary to restore middle class jobs and the ladders of upward mobility.

The way Trump should proceed is to explain to the corporations that they have inflated their profits in the near term at the cost of destroying consumer purchasing power, and thereby their sales, in the longer term. Americans whose real incomes are not rising do not have the discretionary purchasing power with which to purchase the goods and services that provide revenues to US corporations. Of course, the CEOs and directors are not here in the longer run, and they might not care. But a president can make it a patriotic issue and put them on the spot.

Next Trump needs to work with the corporations to alter the way they are taxed and to recreate the conditions necessary to restore manufacturing in the US. This is not a simple task. It requires cooperation, not conflict.

In the meantime immigration must be put on hold as there is no economy to absorb the immigrants, and Washington needs to stop its wars. The associated costs, debt, and risks are far greater than the benefits. If the US does not reverse its course, it will end up an undeveloped country. This is a far greater threat to us than alleged dictators and alleged terrorist-supporting states in the Middle East.

UK Based Spy Outs Himself as Russiagate Hoax Unfolds

The Duran’s Alex Christoforou and Editor-in-Chief Alexander Mercouris discuss the unfolding case against Cambridge professor and reported FBI spy Stefan Halper, who is being sued by Russian-born academic, Svetlana Lokhova, for allegedly smearing her and former national security adviser Michael Flynn as part of a government conspiracy to bring down the Trump administration.

Halper declared in a recent court filing that he is entitled to legal immunity ordinarily afforded to federal agents, even if Lokhova's lawsuit allegations are true. This filing has Halper indirectly admitting to being an FBI spy.

"Private individuals who participate in FBI investigations are subject to the federal common law qualified immunity applicable to government agents," as well as constitutional protections, Halper's motion to dismiss asserted.

Syrian War Report – August 23, 2019: Army Finishes Clearing Northern Hama Pocket

Following the liberation of Khan Shaykhun, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and its allies continued their advance on militant positions in the northern Hama pocket.
On August 22, government forces liberated the village of Sayyad, the Sayyad hilltop and several nearby points from members of radical militant groups remaining in the area. SAA units also advanced on Kafr Zita. The situation there is developing.
Additionally, the Syrian military opened a humanitarian corridor for civilians leaving the northern Hama pocket. The pocket is located in the area of Soran. Photos from the area show ‘green buses’ are already there. Pro-government media are joking that they will be used to evacuate Turkish troops from their ‘observation point’ near Morek. This ‘observation point’ became infamous after Turkey allowed various radical militants to use its surroundings to use it as a launching ground for attacks on SAA positions. This decision turned Turkish troops deployed there into human shields and led to casualties among Turkish personnel. Instead of removing militants from the area, Ankara expectedly blamed the ‘bloody Assad regime’ for these casualties.

NYTIMES Pathetic Apology For Russiagate Coverage Failure w/ Aaron Mate’

From the Jimmy Dore Show. They point out that The New York Times backs US wars, and always has, that they are a propaganda outlet for the (Deep) State. The NY Times has nothing left when it comes to the Russiagate hoax and are moving on.

Aaron Mate points out that they didn't simply report on Russiagate but built up the story by not publishing material that refuted their talking points and by using anonymous leaks that were simply pushing falsities (unsubstantiated, and politically motivated claims that the Trump campaign had "high level contacts" with the Kremlin).

People in sections of the alternative media EXPLAINED what was wrong with the Russiagate narrative, for everyone to see, THREE years ago, and now The New York Times is admitting they simply made a mistake (or rather that 'the [Russiagate] story has changed'). This sort of biased reporting reminds one of the WMD propaganda that caused the deaths of more than a million people in the Middle East.

Sections of the Alt media are simply doing a better job than the Mainstream media.

Insouciant White People have no Awareness of the Extent of their Demonization - Paul Craig Roberts

“If you are a white male, you don’t deserve to live. You are a cancer, you’re a disease, white males have never contributed anything positive to the world! They only murder, exploit and oppress non-whites! At least a white woman can have sex with a black man and make a brown baby but what can a white male do? He’s good for nothing.” — Noel Ignatiev as quoted in Diversity Chronicle

“The President is a white nationalist terror leader. His supporters—ALL OF THEM—are by definition white nationalist terror supporters. The MAGA hat is a KKK hood. And this evil, racist scourge must be eradicated from society.” — Reza Aslan on Twitter

Some responses to my two recent columns on genocide prove my point. I am told that it is impermissible to protest the demonization of white people, not because it is untrue but because white people deserve to be demonized. The violent language against white people and calls for their eradication are said to be justified. This is a logical position for those who believe that liberation requires the extermination of white people.

One reader dismissed the demonization of white people, quoting “sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.” Jews would disagree. Words expressed against them in the 1930s did them a lot of hurt in the 1940s.

In my columns I am arguing against division and orchestrated hatred. My position is unacceptable to the growing ranks of Identity Politics extremists. They want division. Identity Politics is so entrenched that there are people who think that a person who does not support the demonization of white people is himself a white supremacist. We have arrived at Orwellian plus.

The intimidation that inhibits the defense of “indefensible whites” is also illustrated by the neglect of my genocide columns by some of the alt-news websites that normally reproduce my columns. A defense of white people or protest of their demonization is branded “racist white supremacy,” and the websites are guilty by association. Free speech is being shut down, and discussion of some issues is now impossible.

The 1619 Project, the plan of the New York Times’ executive editor to “reframe,” that is, to falsify American history, aims at undermining the confidence of white Americans. It is a project of cultural genocide. It is difficult to see a future for people who are both demonized and intimidated. Hate is a powerful force, and much hate is being expressed against white people and institutionalized in the educational system.

Americans DONT Want Trump Impeached, Think Media Is LYING To Stop Him (Tim Pool)

Most American Don't Want Trump Impeached, Think Media Outlets Trying To Stop Trump. Several polls have already showed something similar, that most Americans don't want Trump to be impeached. Though most Democrats do, especially far left democrats, moderates sit at only around 39% in favor of impeachment.

Interestingly the poll also found Trump had an approval rating of 40% but 59% did not want him impeached meaning that there are many people who do not approve of Trump but don't think he should be impeached.

In another poll from Rasmussen we can see that 54% of voters think the media is just trying to stop Trump and they don't trust the news they hear.

Which leads us to the big question. Outside of the people who don't trust media, do people think Trump's approval matters more than policy?

The question we need to ask is is Trump's disapproval enough to stop his 2020 reelection or is the approval rating for Democrats worse? Will people be more likely to support an unpopular president if the Democratic parties policies are too far left?

An in depth investigation, with info you won't get anywhere else.

Part 2:The not dead theory 1 min 45 sec
Part 3: Murder Suspects 2 min 32 seconds
Part 4: Why Epstein was Mossad 3 min
Part 5: Who I think killed Epstein 7 min 55 seconds

A good straightforward summary of the case from Syrian Girl.

One footnote to the video. Although Trump probably knew what was going on with Epstein it appears he was ultimately (or eventually) against Epstein's targeting of very young girls. He banned him from his resort and co-operated with investigators when Epstein was first charged. It's possible that Trump knew that Epstein was 'connected' but still associated himself with the man in celebrity/socialite circles, much the same as we see with the Hollywood elite. A level of association doesn't necessarily imply guilt (although that cannot be ruled out completely in this case).

SNC Lavalin Report Exposes Justin Trudeau's Corruption

The Duran’s Alex Christoforou and Editor-in-Chief Alexander Mercouris discuss Canadian PM Trudeau's tough re-election bid, which has been hit with a scathing rebuke, delivered by an ethics watchdog report.

With less than 10 weeks before the October vote independent ethics commissioner Mario Dion said Trudeau improperly pressured his former attorney general to spare engineering firm SNC-Lavalin Group from a corruption trial. The scandal erupted in February and helped push Conservative candidate, Andrew Scheer, to the top in polls for several months. With no new developments or headlines, Trudeau's Liberal Party was recovering in the polls.

The 63-page report undermines Trudeau’s narrative, which is that he is a young and dynamic progressive on a mission to “do things differently” and more transparently in Canada.

Is White Genocide Possible? - Paul Craig Roberts

Readers agree that the demonization of white people is unfair and divisive. Many report that they have experienced reverse discrimination, and they expect discrimination against whites, such as the announced anti-white policy of the New York public school system, to worsen as the media’s demonization of white people escalates. A few readers noted that both the Jewish and Armenian genocides are disputed. They asked if there are any historical episodes of genocides. A few others noted that even when white Americans become a minority, it will be a large and numerous minority and, thus, too numerous for a genocide.

I will address these issues after I walk readers, who never got past my rhetorical title, “Is White Genocide In Our Future,” through my column that provoked their questions.

The liberal/progressive/left, media, and Democratic Party have used the El Paso shootings of Hispanic immigrants to brand President Trump and all who voted for him “racist white supremacists.” In other words one instance has been used to write off half of the white American population. My point is that an enormous edifice of hatred has been built on one instance. Suddenly, all mass shooters are racist white supremacists inspired by President Trump despite the Mass Shooting Tracker that shows that mass shooters in 2019 are 51% black, 29% white, and 11% Latino and that few identify as supremacists of any hue. Hah, you say, you haven’t heard about black and latino mass shooters, only white ones.

If white people are actually supreme and think of themselves in this way, how can university professors call for the eradication of white people and not be denounced for advocating genocide? What do you think would happen to a professor who called for the eradication of blacks, Jews, Hispanics, or homosexuals? It would be hate speech, a hate crime. But calls for eradication of white people are not regarded as extreme. Such calls are not denounced as hate speech and a hate crime. So who is supreme?

Try to imagine the consequences for NBC Universal if its movie, “The Hunt,” about white Trump supporters being hunted and killed for sport was about hunting blacks or Jews, or immigrants, or transgendered for sport. It would be the end of NBC Universal and the producer of the movie.

The point of my article is that the presstitutes and the Democrats are creating another hoax to take the place of the failed Russiagate hoax. The hatred that was directed at Trump and Russians is now directed at Trump and white people. The hatred is so powerful that it has cast aside integrity, facts, caution, evidence, and reason. In a country already fatally divided by Identity Politics, ALL of Trump’s supporters are declared “white nationalist terror supporters . . . and this evil, racist scourge must be eradicated from society.”

If this racist outburst on Twitter by TV host and University of California professor Reza Aslan was against blacks or Jews, he would have been fired and banned from Twitter. But as white people are the target of Aslan’s racism, it is OK for him to be racist. In America today, it is not only permissible but also desirable to spew racial hatred against white people.

Don’t fool yourself. The hatred against white people is real. People claiming to be South African and American blacks sent me emails stating that after all the genocides white people have committed, it was time for white people to experience one of their own.

The New York Times has begun the “1619 Project,” which it intends to take into the school system, that intentionally or unintentionally will pave the road to genocide by demonizing not only white people but all of their accomplishments.

On August 12 Dean Baquet, executive editor of the New York Times, met with the Times’ employees to refocus the Times’ attack on Trump. Mueller let the paper down. The Times’ spent two years “to cover one story, and we did it truly well,” Baquet declared, but it turned out to be a hoax. The Times, Baquet said, is shifting from Trump-Russia to Trump’s racism. The Times will spend the run-up to the 2020 presidential election building the Trump-is-a-racist narrative.

Of course, if Trump is a racist it means that the people who elected him are also racists. Indeed, in Baquet’s view, Americans have always been racist. To establish this narative, the New York Times has launched the “1619 Project,” the purpose of which is “to reframe the country’s history.”

According to the Washington Examiner, “The basic thrust of the 1619 Project is that everything in American history is explained by slavery and race. The message is woven throughout the first publication of the project, an entire edition of the Times magazine. It begins with an overview of race in America — ‘Our democracy’s founding ideals were false when they were written. Black Americans have fought to make them true.’”

The premise that America originated as a racist slave state is to be woven into all sections of the Times — news, business, sports, travel, the entire newspaper. The project intends to take the “reframing” of the United States into the schools where white Americans are to be taught that they are racist descendants of slave holders. A participant in this brainwashing of whites, which will make whites guilty and defenseless, says “this project takes wing when young people are able to read this and understand the way that slavery has shaped their country’s history.” In other words, the New York Times intends to make slavery the ONLY explanation of America.

At the meeting of the executive editor of the New York Times with the Times’ employees to refocus the Times’ attack on President Trump, Baquet said: “Race in the next year is going to be a huge part of the American story.”

A Times employee taped the meeting and leaked it. You can read about it here:

The campaign against white people is already underway in the New York School system. The assault on whiteness is now part of official educational policy. In New York City the head of the education department, Richard Carranza, a son of Mexican immigrants, is conducting a campaign against “toxic white supremacy culture.” His training program for teachers identifies objectivity, individualism, belief in meritocracy, and Protestant work ethic as manifestations of white supremacy that have to be rooted out of the education system. Carranza says these white values constitute a deep-rooted bigotry. Carranza dismisses whites, who object to his portrayal of their values as racial biases, as “defensive of white supremacy culture.” To get rid of whiteness, Carranza has fired numerous white education department officials.

Carranza was appointed by the white mayor of New York City. Carranza is still in office with full support from the New York Times and the Democratic Party despite his openly racist policy. What more proof do you need that racism against white people is the official policy of the Democratic Party and the media? How do we understand this? As a psychiatric problem or the consequence of years of falsifying history and teaching lies to people who have been trained not to think?

Does anyone understand the audacity of Carranza’s policy? A third world immigrant openly declares to the white core population of the US that he is using the public school system and their tax dollars to eradicate their culture. Where is the outrage? Are white Americans too intimidated and guilt-ridden to protest?

Genocide is generally associated with physical elimination. But it can also happen by cultural elimination. What is occurring in the New York school system is also occurring in Cambridge University. The British newspaper, The Telegraph, reports that the university has assigned Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) political commissars to white professors and administrators in order to prevent words, concepts, and explanations that institutionalize the “structural racism” of whiteness. That senior scholars at a prestigeous university would accept this kind of thought and speech control indicates a complete loss of confidence in their civilization and their scholarship. To all appearances, Cambridge scholars have agreed to hand over the explanation of Western civilization to blacks, Asians, and minority ethnics.

Classical music itself is under attack as racist.

White Americans have no sense of cohesion or unity. They operate against one another. They are not permitted to have white organizations. Blacks can have black organizations. Jews can have Jewish organizations. Women can have organizations, but there is no National Association for the Advancement of White People, no Anti-defamation League for whites, and no White Lobby.

For two decades or longer white people have been undergoing economic genocide. First their manufacturing jobs were offshored to Asia. Then their IT and engineering jobs were given to Indians and Chinese brought in on work visas. The white corporations and their white lobbyists lie to Congress telling the lawmakers that there is an IT and engineering shortage. The lawmakers know it is a lie but understand they must pretend to believe it or forfeit campaign contributions. More white Americans are relegated to the underclass as their careers are given to foreigners on work visas working for one-third less pay. When these dispossessed Americans tried to fight back by electing Trump, who claimed he would bring the jobs home, they were demonized as racist white supremacists. It is difficult not to conclude that white Americans are already history. The President of the United States cannot even enforce the country’s immigration laws without being demonized as a racist white supremacist.

The United States is still a country where the core population remains white, but white people unless they are anti-white do not control the explanations. A small handful controls the explanations, and the explanations are unfavorable for white Americans. This brings us back to readers’ questions: Do genocides occur in history?

Cultural genocide is already underway in the New York school system, Cambridge University, and the New York Times’ 1619 Project. Many people, including Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Orlov, have commented on Western civilization’s loss of confidence.

As for physical genocides, if we can believe historians, the Romans exterminated the Carthaginians, a powerful military people. In the 6th century Justinian the Great in his reconquest of much of the Western Roman Empire exterminated the Vandals in North Africa and the Goths in Italy, both known for their ability to defeat Roman armies and occupy the territory of Rome. The Soviet communist government exterminated the Cossacks, a warrior class. Mao’s government exterminated Chinese landowners and other “undesirable elements.” The Spanish had their way with the Aztecs, Mayas, and Incas, powerful warrior rulers who vastly outnumbered the Spanish colonialists. Lincoln’s Union army exterminated the American Plains Indians. This was the army that allegedly fought to free black slaves. In Africa we have the Rwanda genocide. In South Africa black extremists are calling for the eradication of white South Africans. Israel committed genocide against Palestinians by stealing the land and driving the Palestinians into refugee camps abroad and walled off ghettos.

There have been plenty of genocides.

When the New York Times reinvents American history, will the Times report the facts that the first slaves in the British colonies were white and that there are more white descendants of slaves in the US today than black descendants of slaves? You can bet your life that the Times will not. It doesn’t fit the agenda.

Why do elite American whites demonize their white fellow citizens? Do they stupidly think that they are exempt from the demonization? Little doubt they are this stupid. If they were to read Jean Raspail’s The Camp of the Saints they would awaken from their delusions.

There is no doubt that today white Americans are intimidated. If a white person stands up for him or herself, it is regarded as proof that they are a white supremacist. A white person is expected to grovel and admit guilt and beg forgiveness or mercy. Seldom do they receive it. I know that white people are intimidated, because some of my friends tell me to shut up. You can’t speak these truths. You will get yourself and your friends in trouble. They seem to think that the way to escape the threat is not to acknowledge it.

So here we have the true picture of the American “white supremacist”: (1) people so afraid that they are pissing in their pants, or (2) insouciant people in total denial that they are under deadly attack and have nowhere to run.

So, the answer to the question is yes, white genocide is possible. Indeed, the preparations are already underway. Depending on where they live, white Americans mainly see white people, and what I have written will seem a fantasy to them, just as Lenin and the Bolsheviks seemed a fantasy to the Russian liberals who overthrew the Tsar. The facts, however, are unfavorable to a demonized white population that is a small percentage of the world’s population. Already in America a person can prove his or her moral superiority by demonizing white people.

When the white population has to turn against itself to survive, death is already upon them.

What Globalism Did Was To Transfer The US Economy To China - Paul Craig Roberts

The main problem with the US economy is that globalism has been deconstructing it. The offshoring of US jobs has reduced US manufacturing and industrial capability and associated innovation, research, development, supply chains, consumer purchasing power, and tax base of state and local governments. Corporations have increased short-term profits at the expense of these long-term costs. In effect, the US economy is being moved out of the First World into the Third World.

Tariffs are not a solution. The Trump administration says that the tariffs are paid by China, but unless Apple, Nike, Levi, and all of the offshoring companies got an exemption from the tariffs, the tariffs fall on the offshored production of US firms that are sold to US consumers. The tariffs will either reduce the profits of the US firms or be paid by US purchasers of the products in higher prices. The tariffs will hurt China only by reducing Chinese employment in the production of US goods for US markets.

The financial media is full of dire predictions of the consequences of a US/China “trade war.” There is no trade war. A trade war is when countries try to protect their industries by placing tariff barriers on the import of cheaper products from foreign countries. But half or more of the imports from China are imports from US companies. Trump’s tariffs, or a large part of them, fall on US corporations or US consumers.

One has to wonder that there is not a single economist anywhere in the Trump administration, the Federal Reserve, or anywhere else in Washington capable of comprehending the situation and conveying an understanding to President Trump.

One consequence of Washington’s universal economic ignorance is that the financial media has concocted the story that “Trump’s tariffs” are not only driving Americans into recession but also the entire world. Somehow tariffs on Apple computers and iPhones, Nike footwear, and Levi jeans are sending the world into recession or worse. This is an extraordinary economic conclusion, but the capacity for thought has pretty much disappeared in the United States.

In the financial media the question is: Will the Trump tariffs cause a US/world recession that costs Trump his reelection? This is a very stupid question. The US has been in a recession for two or more decades as its manufacturing/industrial/engineering capability has been transferred abroad. The US recession has been very good for the Asian part of the world. Indeed, China owes its faster than expected rise as a world power to the transfer of American jobs, capital, technology, and business know-how to China simply in order that US shareholders could receive capital gains and US executives could receive bonus pay for producing them by lowering labor costs.

Apparently, neoliberal economists, an oxymoron, cannot comprehend that if US corporations produce the goods and services that they market to Americans offshore, it is the offshore locations that benefit from the economic activity.

Offshore production started in earnest with the Soviet collapse as India and China opened their economies to the West. Globalism means that US corporations can make more money by abandoning their American work force. But what is true for the individual company is not true for the aggregate. Why? The answer is that when many corporations move their production for US markets offshore, Americans, unemployed or employed in lower paying jobs, lose the power to purchase the offshored goods.

I have reported for years that US jobs are no longer middle class jobs. The jobs have been declining for years in terms of value-added and pay. With this decline, aggregate demand declines. We have proof of this in the fact that for years US corporations have been using their profits not for investment in new plant and equipment, but to buy back their own shares. Any economist worthy of the name should instantly recognize that when corporations repurchase their shares rather than invest, they see no demand for increased output. Therefore, they loot their corporations for bonuses, decapitalizing the companies in the process. There is perfect knowledge that this is what is going on, and it is totally inconsistent with a growing economy.

As is the labor force participation rate. Normally, economic growth results in a rising labor force participation rate as people enter the work force to take advantage of the jobs. But throughout the alleged economic boom, the participation rate has been falling, because there are no jobs to be had.

In the 21st century the US has been decapitalized and living standards have declined. For a while the process was kept going by the expansion of debt, but consumer income has not kept pace and consumer debt expansion has reached its limits.

The Fed/Treasury “plunge protection team” can keep the stock market up by purchasing S&P futures. The Fed can pump out more money to drive up financial asset prices. But the money doesn’t drive up production, because the jobs and the economic activity that jobs represent have been sent abroad. What globalism did was to transfer the US economy to China.

Real statistical analysis, as contrasted with the official propaganda, shows that the happy picture of a booming economy is an illusion created by statistical deception. Inflation is undermeasured, so when nominal GDP is deflated, the result is to count higher prices as an increase in real output, that is, inflation becomes real economic growth. Unemployment is not counted. If you have not searched for a job in the past 4 weeks, you are officially not a part of the work force and your unemployment is not counted. The way the government counts unemployment is so extraordinary that I am surprised the US does not have a zero rate of unemployment.

How does a country recover when it has given its economy away to a foreign country that it now demonizes as an enemy? What better example is there of a ruling class that is totally incompetent than one that gives its economy bound and gagged to an enemy so that its corporate friends can pocket short-term riches?

We can’t blame this on Trump. He inherited the problem, and he has no advisers who can help him understand the problem and find a solution. No such advisers exist among neoliberal economists. I can only think of four economists who could help Trump, and one of them is a Russian.

The conclusion is that the United States is locked on a path that leads directly to the Third World of 60 years ago. President Trump is helpless to do anything about it.

Italy Inches Closer to Salvini Government. E.U. Terrified

The Duran’s Alex Christoforou and Editor-in-Chief Alexander Mercouris discuss Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte's resignation in the Italian Senate, which effectively ends an odd and shaky Left-Right coalition government.

This now positions Matteo Salvini to become Italian Prime Minsiter if elections are held in the next couple fo weeks, or in the near future should the Left manage to piece together a caretaker government which will surely collapse in short order.

Another Reason To End Fluoridation: Fluoride Consumption During Pregnancy Lowers IQ Of Children

An influential medical research Journal the American Medical Association (JAMA) published a very interesting study that links fluoride consumption during pregnancy to lower IQs in children.

The study funded by the Canadian government and the U.S. National Institute of Environmental Health Science, was conducted using 512 pregnant women from six Canadian cities. The scientists then measured their exposure in various different ways including – analyzing the amount of fluoride in their urine; looking at how much tap water and tea they drank; and comparing the fluoride concentration in the community drinking water.

Then, after the women had birth and the children were 3 or 4, the researchers administered IQ tests to the kids.

“We saw an association between prenatal fluoride exposure and lower IQ scores in children,” said Rivka Green, lead author of the study.

Fellow researcher, Christine Till, agreed with Rivka Green. She stated to NPR that:
“Only boys were affected when we looked at urinary fluoride,” she says, “but both boys and girls were affected when we looked at maternal fluoride intake or water fluoride concentration.”
“I think people are going to be shocked but I think people should realize that science is constantly evolving,” senior study author Till says. A previous study in Mexico found a similar link, she says, so this is not the first to suggest a connection. This finding is likely to spur more research on the topic.
There are three types of fluoride used to “fluoridate” water supplies: Fluorosilicic acid, sodium fluorosilicate, and sodium fluoride.

Fluorosilicic acid is the type most often used for cost reasons, and it is derived from phosphate fertilizers according to the CDC’s website.

The other two are created by adding either table salt or caustic soda to the mix. Fluoride is also found in toothpaste, food, tea and other products.

Harvard Professor David Bellinger stated that “high-quality epidemiological studies,” are still needed. However, “the hypothesis that fluoride is a neurodevelopmental toxicant must now be given serious consideration,” Bellinger added.

Someone needs to educate the Daily Beast on fluoride since they inaccurately mocked the dangers of a potential neurotoxic chemical, stating essentially that fluoride is safe and anyone who says its not is a conspiracy theorist in a recent fluoride propaganda article.

Daily Beast even attempts to mix in being health conscious about fluoride with caring about vaccinations and various metallic adjuvants. What the Beast’s ignorance fails to address are the numerous amounts of problems with both fluoride and vaccines. See this author’s previous article on Natural Blaze about the history of dangers with vaccines if you are interested (here).

No, fluoride is not safe; it accumulates and never finds a way out of your body. But don’t tell the Daily Beast that daunting factoid.  In fact, the same medical journal, the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), stated in their Sept. 18, 1943 issue that fluorides are general protoplasmic poisons that change the permeability of the cell membrane by certain enzymes. And an editorial published in the Journal of the American Dental Association on Oct. 1, 1944,  stated:
Drinking water containing as little as 1.2 ppm fluoride will cause developmental disturbances. We cannot run the risk of producing such serious systemic disturbances. The potentialities for harm outweigh those for good.
If you bring up the topic of fluoride you’ll be heavily ridiculed, as the Daily Beast proved. However, numerous cited scientific research studies in the rest of this article will make you think twice. That maybe, just maybe, a chemical does cause damage to the human body in numerous ways and is linked to several disorders affecting teeth, bones, the brain, and the thyroid gland, as well as lowering IQ.

Fluoridating water has long been debated across the country, and some opponents have argued that its health effects aren’t completely understood. There is a host of scientific research besides what’s mentioned above that I guess Daily Beast just decides doesn’t exist.

To this writer’s knowledge, in 1995, Dr. Phyllis Mullenix Ph.D., a highly respected pharmacologist and toxicologist, found that rats who had fluoride added to their diet exhibited abnormal behavioral traits in a published study.

In 2005, a study conducted at the Harvard School of Dental Health found that fluoride in tap water directly contributed to causing bone cancer in young boys.

“New American research suggests that boys exposed to fluoride between the ages of five and 10 will suffer an increased rate of osteosarcoma – bone cancer – between the ages of 10 and 19,” according to a London Observer article about the study.

Based on the findings of the study, the respected Environmental Working Group — a non-profit research organization environmental watchdog — lobbied to have fluoride in tap water be added to the U.S. government’s classified list of substances known or anticipated to cause cancer.

After reviewing fluoride toxicological data, the NRC reported in 2006, “It’s apparent that fluorides have the ability to interfere with the functions of the brain.”

In another article by Scientific American, a study “Concluded that fluoride can subtly alter endocrine function, especially in the thyroid — the gland that produces hormones regulating growth and metabolism.”

The report also notes that “a series of epidemiological studies in China have associated high fluoride exposures with lower IQ.”

“Epidemiological studies and tests on lab animals suggest that high fluoride exposure increases the risk of bone fracture, especially in vulnerable populations such as the elderly and diabetics,” writes Dan Fagin.

Fagin interviewed Steven Levy, director of the Iowa Fluoride Study which tracked about 700 Iowa children for sixteen years. Nine-year-old “Iowa children who lived in communities where the water was fluoridated were 50 percent more likely to have mild fluorosis… than [nine-year-old] children living in nonfluoridated areas of the state,” writes Fagin.
