Exports Effected to China, Cold Damage Crop Tour: Southern Taiwan (Adapt 2030)

After the unusual cold with snows down the entire mountain ridege from north to south across Taiwan, over the Chinese New Year I had a change to visit some farming communities at 22N latitude, all of which reported cold crop damage. Main exports effected were wax apples and tomatoes bound for China. With this much damage south I know its far worse in northern Taiwan.
