Trump Planning to Sign Russia Sanctions ‘Signals Dysfunctional President’ – Ron Paul Institute

The U.S. Secretary of State says both he and Donald Trump are unhappy about new anti-Russia sanctions, but will still follow through with the decision of Congress

The problem with the US Congress is that there is absolutely no basis for them putting any sanctions on Russia. There is no evidence the Russians 'hacked' the US elections. We know from Wikileaks, now confirmed by Seymour Hersh, that the DNC emails came from a leaker (Seth Rich) and not from any hack.

Trump should require Congress to provide him with evidence of Russian hacking (the Guccifer 2.0 claims are now known to be bogus) before he signs anything.
