‘Brennan’s Crocodile Tears Over Scorched Syria Give Hypocrisy a Bad Name'

Accusing Russia of practicing a 'scorched-earth policy' in Syria is utterly hypocritical of CIA Director John Brennan who himself is largely responsible for nursing 'moderate' rebels and plunging the country into chaos, former CIA officer Ray McGovern has told RT.

I think a lot of people are also failing to connect this US policy with Obama.

When Bush was in office sponsoring the war wouldn't simply be put down to the actions of his advisors. Obama is a good actor - people believe in his good intentions - but they ignore that he's part of what is actually happening here and he's really done nothing to stop it.

If war crimes trials were held - to convict those sponsoring this Proxy War (attacking a foreign country without provocation) - then Obama would be on trial with the rest of them. And the punishments for facilitating such murder is severe. Bush would also be hanging from a rope if we followed the guidelines set by the Nuremberg trials.
