CIA, Saudi Funding of Syria Al Qaeda Extremists Greater Than Previously Realized

New reports in the US media reveal that secret cooperation between the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and Saudi Arabia to fund Daesh and other extreme Islamic groups in Syria was far greater than previously suspected, US scholars told Sputnik.
“The details about the Saudi funding should give very serious pause to Americans,” Middle East expert and author Helena Cobban told Sputnik.

New details revealed in a New York Times report on Tuesday indicated that the US government and its secret agencies were trying to repeat in Syria the strategy they used against the Soviet Union in Afghanistan 35 years ago, Cobban stated.

“It all looks eerily like what happened in Afghanistan in the 1980s — a semi-clandestine and very hard to control CIA ‘intervention,’ backed up with huge amounts of Saudi money, and the ever-present Saudi support for the Wahhabist global agenda,” she suggested.

However, the Islamic terrorists, including Osama bin Laden, whom the CIA supported in Afghanistan during the 1980s, eventually turned on the United States with devastating consequences and the same thing could happen now, Cobban cautioned.

“What could possibly go wrong? We might ask the widows and orphans of the September 11, 2001 attack that question,” she said. The New York Times report revealed that the scale of US military and Saudi financial assistance to the Islamists in Syria was vastly greater than anything the Obama administration had previously admitted to, US author and Middle East affairs expert Dan Lazare told Sputnik.

“In the famous talk that [US Vice President] Joe Biden gave at Harvard’s Kennedy School in October 2014… he said that the Gulf states ‘poured hundreds of millions of dollars and tens of thousands of tons of military weapons into anyone who would fight against Assad’,” Lazare noted.

However, according to the New York Times report, estimates have put the total cost of the arming and training effort at several billion dollars, Lazare pointed out.

Still Report #556 - New Drudge Polls - Debate #6

Two new Drudge Polls have just come out and they are shockers.
By all accounts the huge online Drudge poll tends to mirror the more “scientific” polls that take a few days to come out. But this time, Drudge added a new twist – in one poll he did not segment the poll by political party. He lumped them all together.
Despite being absent from the final Republican debate, Donald Trump continued to widen his lead over other Republicans in both polls. But the big surprise is that the second-biggest vote getter in the all-inclusive poll was Democrat Bernie Saunders.
With more than one million votes cast, Donald Trump took the top spot with 36% of the vote. He was followed by Socialist Senator Bernie Saunders in second with 30%. Texas Senator Ted Cruz came in a distant third with only 19% of the vote. No other candidate got over 5% of the vote - which included Hillary Clinton - who got just under 1% of the vote.

UN Exposes ‘Widespread’ Saudi Strikes on Civilian Targets in Yemen, UK Arms Exports Questioned

Britain’s role in exporting arms and providing military advisers for the Saudi Arabian-led bombing campaign in Yemen is under scrutiny following a UN report revealing widespread attacks on civilian targets.

The UK's defence is that they are supporting the legitimate Government of Yemen - except that this Yemeni Government is another Middle Eastern dictatorship and was put in place with Saudi backing to replace the previous one that had wider support.

John Williams - Dollar Takes Significant Hit

Economist John Williams says that the Fed is still dealing with the fallout of the 2008 financial meltdown. Williams says, “They are still fighting the instabilities of 2008 that has not played itself out. When it does, they are going to be flooding the system with liquidity. It’s either that or they let the system fail. They decided in 2008 not to let the system fail. As they flood the system with liquidity, you will see weakness in the dollar. You will see a return of inflation domestically. You will see all sorts of other factors rallying such as traditional inflation hedges of gold and silver. If the dollar takes a significant hit, which I expect it will, that also will put upside pressure on oil prices. They did virtually nothing and did not address the things that led to the panic . . . now the economy is turning down anew.”

CrossTalk on Syria: US - Russia Standoff (MUST SEE)

We are told the Syrian peace talks will proceed as scheduled. At the same time, Vice President Joe Biden says the U.S. is ready to impose a military solution in Syria. According to this American official, a political settlement is not essential. With this kind of loose rhetoric a U.S.-Russia conflict in Syria just became more likely ... CrossTalking with Pepe Escobar, Dan Glazebrook, and Philippe Assouline.

This excellent discussion explains that the conflict in Syria is a Proxy War and that foreign powers have been involved from the start. These outside countries intervened because of oil interests and for geopolitical reasons - not to 'overthrow an unjust dictator'.

In the opening minutes it was pointed out that recent US threats of direct intervention ('to fight ISIS')will only embolden the extremists and undermine any real negotiations that would have them removed (back to their respective countries of origin). Many extremist fighters will want to fight US forces while others in their leadership will recognise that the US is one of their sponsors and that the real target is the Syrian Arab Army.

It is also pointed out that many in the Syrian Arab Army are Sunnis, and that to characterise the war as simply a Sunni-Shia split is wrong.

Presently Russian intervention is helping the Syrian Government destroy extremist proxy forces on the ground which has led to renewed US attempts at escalating their own overt role in the war (beyond their limited bombing campaign).

Pepe Escobar points out that the current Syrian Army advance is aimed at taking back the important non-desert urban/industrial regions and oil areas of the country - which can be seen on campaign maps appearing in sources such as South Front videos.

Another point everyone should consider is that the migrant/refugee crisis in Europe is a direct result of this criminal foreign-power intervention in Syria, and in Libya.

A Letter to the Australian Senate Economic Committee on Foreign Investment

Dear Committee Members, The following essay deals with fundamental issues pertaining to the Australian economy.

The underlying issue about foreign investment is whether it can operate as an overall benefit for the Australian economy in terms of creating jobs and economic growth/sustainability; whether foreign concerns can be trusted to put the interests of our country first; or whether we will be subject to ‘international forces’ so that our economy can be sold out from under us when times get tough (or for greater profits, at the expense of jobs).

With the departure of overseas car manufacturers, a situation that has sold out Australian workers for increased profits in low income markets, we can see that unqualified foreign ownership of our industry and assets does not necessarily benefit the Government.

Lost jobs and industry means a loss of Government revenue through lost taxation – which means less money for hospitals, education, roads, defence, and other publicly funded services. Control of economic activity within our sovereign borders is essential.

While foreign capital and expertise is desirable in many circumstances we must remember that this be undertaken on our terms for the benefit of both parties (the sovereign state and the foreign entity).

If large scale foreign ‘investment’ is necessary, we must establish rules so that this can only be done via partnerships with Australian based entities. The problem with unregulated foreign ownership is that it can allow the unrestricted siphoning of profits into the foreign entity whereafter the capital may be fully reinvested overseas. The foreign entity may use its acquired position/capital to import low income workers and material for new projects that does not substantially benefit Australian workers or industry. While competition is desirable - to keep costs down and for improving quality and efficiency - profiteering via outsourcing can undermine the internal productive activity of a country in a global marketplace, where countries have unequal standards-of-living and worker incomes. (For more on the issue of outsourcing, that also applies to Australian-based companies, see the attached letter following this essay).

We must understand that the world is not a level playing field.

Other countries (Governments working with industry) have taken measures to protect their domestic economies. A range of restrictions (arbitrary excuses) prevents an influx of foreign made cars into various countries in Asia, such as Japan or Korea, and there are restrictions on many other kinds of imports despite living in a globalised ‘free trading’ environment. Such measures are only logical to preserve internal production within these countries.

Therefore, when it comes to investment policy there must always be a bias towards our own self interest so that money is circulated within, and reinvested into, our country.

On the issue of foreign investment in the Australian housing market, a critical portion of such ‘investment’ is simply asset acquisition by wealthy foreigners who are ‘competing’ with our own citizens and driving up property prices. Having an open property market, that is not properly policed, places the ordinary Australian home buyer in direct competition with tens of millions of foreigners. This situation is unfair and should not be allowed. Unless you live in our country there should be harsh penalties (and vigorous enforcement) of those that would drive up prices.

This ends my concerns about foreign investment. Below is a letter sent the Prime Minister (which was forwarded to the Treasurer) dealing with the problem of outsourcing. When it comes to controlling the Australian economy, and managing revenue, outsourcing is perhaps an even more important matter than the issue of foreign ownership – although both are important issues:

Thanks for your attention,

(Jan 24, 2016)

Letter to the PM:

Control of the Australian Economy and Industry

Dear Prime Minister,

The power to control what happens to our economy rests upon simple decision making. We ('the Government') can decide what sort of industries should be retained (within reason) and what sort of controls are placed against outsourcing, in order to avoid the US model in which there are not enough jobs available for the general population.

Over the last few decades US industry exported, largely to China and Mexico, its productive base, in the interests of garnering ever increasing profits (which is excused by invoking the 'uncompetitive industry' meme). What we saw was an example of capital chasing after cheap labour at the expense of domestic jobs. The loss of these jobs undermined the US taxation base, caused a huge trade imbalance and has thrown vast numbers of the population into poverty that causes a further financial burden on the economy. Australia must look at the US situation and learn from this mistake.

Two points about the present state of the US economy.

1. Their real unemployment rate is not 5%. According to the more accurate official U6 figures the unemployment level is at least 9.6%. Independent analysts, from sites like, show the US unemployment rate is closer to 20% if calculated using 1990s methods.

2. The rise in the US stock market is not reflective of the wider US economy. It is a product of financial engineering with central banks (including the Swiss central bank and Wall Street proxies acting on behalf of the Fed) buying key stocks that have boosted the Dow Jones to record levels.

Money printing and financial gaming is not 'the economy'. Finance is supposed to support productive activity. Today we see that finance has largely replaced real productive activity - at least in large sections of Western economies.

To enable a truly vibrant economy, multiple levels of activity and innovation need to be encouraged and kept operational within sovereign borders. Various industries should not be sold out from under sovereign control. To fully understand the issue I urge you to either read Dr Paul Craig Roberts' book 'The Failure of Laissez Faire Capitalism', or watch the following interview with Roberts by the Henry George School of Social Science (, in which he explains the decline of the US economy.

Understanding what happened to the US is vital.

Prime Minister, with this in mind I ask that yourself, and Cabinet (after they are briefed on the above material), reconsider the decision to no longer support the Australian car industry. The damage to employment, by many estimates, will exceed 100,000 jobs, perhaps double.

We have been told that our car industry is 'not competitive', but does this simply mean that the automakers are taking the opportunity to offshore production to increase their profit margins? What we do know for a fact is that there is no level playing field when it comes to manufacturing. Foreign Governments support domestic production and past Australian Governments were wise to do the same. Ideally, it would be good if an Australian-based company produced cars or alternatively, if the existing manufacturing plants were purchased by sovereign interests.

If we do nothing we will simply be victims of this wealth destroying process. Push the situation to an extreme, where you ask, is it beneficial to 'outsource all production to increase profits?' The answer is obviously no. A large section of the population without jobs won't be able to buy anything, even at reduced prices. Therefore you must take action and decide at what point to impose outsourcing restrictions.

Losing our car manufacturing capability will certainly be a disaster. The idea that new industries and jobs will arise is a fantasy. This did not happen in the US and it will not occur here. What we will get is an increased trade imbalance.

The idea of 'free trade' originally was for fair trade. 'Like' for 'like' trading. Please keep that in mind.

Prime Minister, the aim of the Government, is to serve the interests of the people at large, providing stability, and in regard to the general economy, to grow and/or retain wealth within the sovereign borders of the country. Please take seriously the information and argument I offered here in good faith.

ISIS Targeting Europe for 'Large-Scale Mumbai-Style Attacks', EU Police Chief Warns

Islamic State is expanding its activities to a global level, with a particular focus on the European Union, which should be getting ready for a growing number of terror attacks similar to the ones that took place in Paris, the chief of EU police agency Europol said.

Intelligence agencies would be happy for ISIS to attack in Europe because it facilitates a broad western takeover/intervention in the Middle East. The endless war on terror is also good for the police state. Some in the intelligence community would also relish the chance of expelling the masses of migrants now living in Europe.

The FBI Just Gave 215,000 Sickos Child Porn, So They Could Make 25 Arrests

The FBI has embarked on a new strategy to catch people dwelling in the depraved world of online child pornography, and it is raising some eyebrows. For almost two weeks, the FBI ran one of the Internet’s largest child pornography websites and allowed users to download thousands of illicit images and videos.
“The Justice Department acknowledged in court filings that the FBI operated the site, known as Playpen, from Feb. 20 to March 4, 2015. At the time, the site had more than 215,000 registered users and included links to more than 23,000 sexually explicit images and videos of children, including more than 9,000 files that users could download directly from the FBI. Some of the images described in court filings involved children barely old enough for kindergarten.”

For all of this dissemination of child porn to people around the country and the world, the FBI brought charges against just 25 people, nine of whom remain unidentified. They have been unable to link specific people to these nine network addresses.

The obvious question is, was it worth letting 215,000 people have access to a giant library of child porn for two weeks in order to catch 25 people? Is it not enough to shut down the site and apprehend the enabler(s), to stop it as soon as possible?

The big question is why didn't the FBI try to make 215,000 arrests? While it's likely that many of these crooks had anonymous accounts, no real attempt at mass arrests appears to have been undertaken.

The FBI probably recruited many of these pedos for COINTELPRO operations - using their links to the criminal website to blackmail them. Of the 215,000 people some might be academics or well educated people in 'respectable sociey' - useful tools to manipulate public opinion or recruit as online trolls (to hep protect Government secrets/crimes).

The Paris Meeting of Conspirators in Support of Syria’s “Moderate Terrorists”

On January 20th a cabal of dependencies of the United States of America, Australia, Netherlands, Germany, France, and Italy, met in Paris to discuss war on Syria. One of a series of such meetings with a changing list of participants, it included the defence ministers of the countries supporting various proxy forces attacking Syria, either posing as “rebels” or allied with the American created and supported force ISIS. It was in fact a meeting of conspirators planning a war of aggression. There is no other way to put it. This was a criminal act under international law and another dramatic repudiation of the United Nations and everything the United Nations Charter stands for.
The Paris meeting was a criminal act, a war crime in fact, since the only international body that has the right to determine if, when and how military forces is to be applied in any situation is the United Nations Security Council. Any military action taken outside the mandate of the Security Council is prohibited and the Rome Statute, the statute that governs the International Criminal Court, defines such a meeting as a conspiracy to commit aggression, the worst of all war crimes, because it leads to all other war crimes that necessarily follow an act of aggression.

But the Paris meeting is not the first step in furthering this conspiracy to commit acts of aggression, war crimes and crimes against humanity in Syria. The first act was the attack made on Syria by the United States in 2011 after it and its co-conspirators attacked and destroyed Libya using the same proxy forces, the same techniques, and the same propaganda to mislead the public. Many of the same mercenaries, and thugs that they used against Libya were quickly reassigned and sent into Syria through Turkey, and Jordan where they soon linked up with armed groups from Iraq now known as ISIS. The United States, Turkey, Britain, France, and Saudi Arabia, brag about their open support for these groups, and have confessed that they have sent in their own special forces to “train” them. This act of aggression against Syria continues to escalate and came close to succeeding until Russia, at the request of the besieged government of Syria, decided to deploy its air forces in Syria in order to crush these American and allied proxy forces.

The reaction here in the west since September when the Russians began their very effective air operations has been a seething anger from Washington, to London, from Paris to Berlin, from Riyadh to Istanbul. The failure of the American attempt to conquer Syria will mean the failure of the American plan to kick Russia out of the Mediterranean, a failure to control the land routes from there to Iran for an eventual attack on Iran itself, an operation that cannot be mounted from the Persian Gulf, and a failure to place its forces on the southern flank of Russia in preparation for a pincer thrust into Russia from the south and the western plains of Poland and Ukraine. Others cite gas pipelines and war profits as reasons, but these are secondary to the principal strategy of the domination of Eurasia by the United States and those hoping to be thrown some scraps from the spoils, like the jackals they are.

None of these countries have any legal or moral right to attack Syria under the guise of going after ISIS, or Islamic State as they now call it. To obtain that right they would first have to be asked by the Syrian government for their assistance. The Syrian government does not want their “assistance”. They do not want their war. But these criminal nations refuse to talk to the Syrian government and insist on its overthrow and they refuse to take their case before the Security Council because they know they have no case and Russia and China will oppose their criminal plans. So they evade the United Nations and once again, create ad hoc “coalitions” of the criminal minded, who have no respect for international law, their own laws, the sovereign rights of the Syrian nation, or their own platitudes about peace and “human rights.”

The criminal nature and intent of the meeting was openly declared in the press conference after the meeting by the US Defense Secretary Carter who called for more forces to be gathered to “eject jihadist fighters from their headquarters in Raqqa, Syria and Mosul, Iraq and to maintain that planned defeat.” The latter phrase must be interpreted as meaning a permanent occupation of the region by American and allied forces.

Media More Outraged by “Possible Murder” by Putin Than “Definite Murder” by Obama

Both of the prestigious and influential American newspapers argue that the British findings impugn Putin’s respectability in international affairs. The Times says:
Mr. Putin has built a sordid record on justice and human rights, which naturally reinforces suspicion that he could easily have been involved in the murder. At the very least, the London inquiry, however much it is denied at the Kremlin, should serve as a caution to the Russian leader to repair his reputation for notorious intrigues abroad.
The more hawkish Post says: “This raises a serious question for President Obama and other world leaders whose governments do not traffic in contract murder. Should they continue to meet with Mr. Putin as if he is just another head of state?”
Putin’s alleged “sordid record on justice and human rights,” which is taken for granted without providing any examples, is seen as bolstering the case for his guilt in the case of the poisoning death of Litivenko. This, in turn, adds to his “notorious” reputation as a violator of human rights.

The Post draws a line between the lawless Putin and the respectable Western heads of state, such as Obama. Though they frame their call to treat Putin as an outcast as a question, it is clearly intended as a rhetorical question.
It is curious that The Post draws a contrast between Putin and Obama, whose government is supposedly above such criminality. The newspaper does not mention the U.S. government’s drone assassination program, which as of last year had killed nearly 2,500 people in at least three countries outside of declared military battlefields. Estimates have shown that at least 90 percent of those killed were not intended targets. None of those killed have been charged with any crimes. And at least two – Anwar al-Awlaki and his 16-year-old son Abdul Rahman – were Americans.
Obama himself is personally responsible for those killed by missiles launched from unmanned aircraft over the skies of sovereign countries. Several news reports have indicated that Obama is presented in meetings each week by military and national security officials with a list of potential targets for assassination. Obama must personally approve each target, at which point they are added to the state-sanctioned “kill list.”

CrossTalk: Ukraine's Dead Ends

Ukraine’s many dead ends. Faced with a faltering economy and growing political instability, official Kiev has limited options. And with Europe unwilling or unable to provide much assistance, the Ukrainian president may have no choice but to do the unthinkable – that is make a deal with Moscow. CrossTalking with Dmitry Babich, Mark Sleboda and Charles Shoebridge.

The bottom line is that, in terms of peace and reconciliation, the US-Ukrainian position can only be seen as machiavellian. Given the chance, the west and Kiev will try to regain control of the eastern side of the country by force.

A level of autonomy in the east and open elections, that include those that fled to Russia, would need to be held in order to establish a new legitimate government. It is unlikely that the fascists leading the current regime will allow this to occur without serious pressure being applied.

In the second half the discussion turns to death of Alexander Litvinenko and the recent UK report  that implied President Putin's involvement. They also discuss the Syrian 'peace talks'.

SCANDAL: German PR Company Completely Invented Julia Tymoshenko's Jail Suffering

For several years now, we were sold that Yulia Tymoshenko was a charming and innocent politician, sent to prison by a kleptomaniac Yanukovich. She was serving time for embezzlement yet released under intense EU pressure and media presenting her as snow white being abused by ogres.

German Der Spiegel has turned this image of the ‘gas princess’ on its head though, by publishing the contents of several internal emails, written by employees of a PR company paid to ‘assist’ in securing her release.

Turns out, Yulia herself seems to have been exposed as a total con artist. All those whiny claims of suffering this or that inhumane treatment, MSM press lenses in tow were a complete sham. Bought and paid for. The ‘should be in jailbird’ is involved in a scandal that gives us a peek into a web of corruption that includes the likes of the now infamous Ukrainian Interior Minister, Arsen Avakov.

As fate would have it, she was set free just in time to roll in for a front stage wheelchair seat to the Maidan coup being prepped in Ukraine and proclaim; “We've eliminated this cancer, this tumour”.

British Doctors Accuse Israel of “Medical Torture”

Seventy-one UK doctors along with 343 academics want the Israeli Medical Association and its members expelled from the World Medical Association.
They want joint projects with Israeli universities banned. They accused Israeli doctors of “medical torture” on Palestinian patients.
Thousands of Palestinians are imprisoned solely for political reasons. Vital medical care when needed is routinely denied or inadequately provided, pain meds substituting for treatment, causing needless suffering, at times resulting in death.
In 2000, former Israeli Abu Kabir forensic institute head Dr. Yehuda Hiss accused Israel of killing Palestinians to harvest their organs.
Interviewed on Israel’s Channel 2 at the time, he said “(w)e started to harvest corneas. (What) was done was (unethical). No permission was asked from…famil(ies)” of victims.
The 1990s-aired Channel 2 report said Abu Kabir forensic specialists harvested skin, corneas, heart valves and bones from bodies of Israeli soldiers, its citizens, Palestinians and foreign workers – without obtaining legal authorization.
UC Berkeley Professor of Medical Anthropology/Organ Watch founder Nancy Scheper-Hughes earlier said “Israeli organ harvesting – sometimes with Israeli governmental funding and the participation of high Israeli officials, prominent Israeli physicians, and Israeli ministries – has been documented for many years. Among the victims have been Palestinians.”

Researchers have recently published a study that draws attention to a side effect of the Ebola outbreak that up until now had gone virtually unnoticed. In the past year in West Africa, millions of people avoided going to the doctor to seek treatment for their malaria for fear of being infected with Ebola. And so at least 11,000 people have lost their lives---the same number as those who have been killed by Ebola. Moreover, given the severely limited distribution of preventive drugs and mosquito nets, up to 3.5 million other cases of malaria have gone untreated.

The Fabricated Pretexts for War

A brief selection of the fabricated pretexts for war, employed by the big power in recent decades. This is far from a comprehensive list, just some examples to inform and remind.

The US war in Vietnam, the 'First' Gulf War against Iraq (1990-91), the Global War on Terror (9/11/2001), the 'Second' Gulf War (2001), the NATO war on Libya (2011), the western Proxy War against Syria (2011-). The propaganda used to justify war was deliberate (ie. not a mistake) and therefore criminal in nature. War crimes trials are long overdue.

Putin Slams Big Pharma and GMO Foods

Russian President Vladimir Putin believes the pharmaceutical industry and big food corporations are threatening the lives of Russia’s citizens.

Vladimir Putin stated in a report prepared by the Security Council that Russians should be protected from GMO foods and pharmaceutical companies “at all costs.” The Russian leader judged that human evolution is at “grave risk” and that Western powers are “intentionally decelerating the process for personal gain,” YourNewsWire reported.

According to the report, Putin believes that “we as a species have the choice to continue to develop our bodies and brains in a healthy upward trajectory, or we can follow the Western example of recent decades and intentionally poison our population with genetically altered food, pharmaceuticals, vaccinations, and fast food that should be classified as a dangerous, addictive drug. We must fight this. A physically and intellectually disabled population is not in our interests,” the report revealed.

Putin met with his country’s Security Council in early 2015 “on the status and problems of national security in connection with the use of GMOs.” The Russian Government’s Commission on Legislative Activities approved a bill introduced by the Ministry of Science and Education and supported by Nikolai Fyodorov, former Minister of Agriculture which would prohibit the cultivation and breeding of GMOs in Russia. The bill would strengthen laws that are already in place.

In December last year, Putin announced that Russia could become the world’s largest supplier of ecologically clean and high-quality organic food. He also revealed that the country he leads could become completely self-sufficient in food production by 2020. “We are not only able to feed ourselves taking into account our lands, water resources –Russia is able to become the largest world supplier of healthy, ecologically clean and high-quality food which the Western producers have long lost, especially given the fact that demand for such products in the world market is steadily growing,” the president addressed the Russian Parliament.

A level of economic self-sufficiency is something all countries should aim to achieve.

When we actually examine the life of Albert Einstein, we find that his only ‘brilliance’ was in his ability to PLAGIARIZE and STEAL OTHER PEOPLE’S IDEAS, PASSING THEM OFF AS HIS OWN. Einstein’s education, or lack thereof, is an important part of this story. The Encyclopedia Britannica says of Einstein’s early education that he “showed little scholastic ability.” It also says that at the age of 15, “with poor grades in history, geography, and languages, he left school with no diploma.” Einstein himself wrote in a school paper of his “lack of imagination and practical ability.” In 1895, Einstein failed a simple entrance exam to an engineering school in Zurich.

This exam consisted mainly of mathematical problems, and Einstein showed himself to be mathematically inept in this exam. He then entered a lesser school hoping to use it as a stepping stone to the engineering school he could not get into, but after graduating in 1900, he still could not get a position at the engineering school!

Unable to go to the school as he had wanted, he got a job (with the help of a friend) at the patent office in Bern. He was to be a technical expert third class, which meant that he was too incompetent for a higher qualified position. Even after publishing his so-called ground-breaking papers of 1905 and after working in the patent office for six years, he was only elevated to a second class standing. Remember, the work he was doing at the patent office, for which he was only rated third class, was not quantum mechanics or theoretical physics, but was reviewing technical documents for patents of every day things; yet he was barely qualified.

He would work at the patent office until 1909, all the while continuously trying to get a position at a university, but without success. All of these facts are true, but now begins the myth.

Supposedly, while working a full time job, without the aid of university colleagues, a staff of graduate students, a laboratory, or any of the things normally associated with an academic setting, Einstein in his spare time wrote four ground-breaking essays in the field of theoretical physics and quantum mechanics that were published in 1905.

Many people have recognized the impossibility of such a feat, including Einstein himself, and therefore Einstein has led people to believe that many of these ideas came to him in his sleep, out of the blue, because indeed that is the only logical explanation of how an admittedly inept moron could have written such documents at the age of 26 without any real education.

Therefore, we will look at each of these ideas and discover the source of each. It should be remembered that these ideas are presented by Einstein’s worshipers as totally new and completely different, each of which would change the landscape of science. These four papers dealt with the following four ideas, respectively:

1) The foundation of the photon theory of light;

2) The equivalence of energy and mass;

3) The explanation of Brownian motion in liquids;

4) The special theory of relativity.

Let us first look at the last of these theories, the theory of relativity. This is perhaps the most famous idea falsely attributed to Einstein. Specifically, this 1905 paper dealt with what Einstein called the Special Theory of Relativity (the General Theory would come in 1915).

This theory contradicted the traditional Newtonian mechanics and was based upon two premises:

1) in the absence of acceleration, the laws of nature are the same for all observers; and

2) since the speed of light is independent of the motion of its source, then the time interval between two events is longer for an observer in whose frame of reference the events occur at different places than for an observer in whose frame of reference the events occur in the same place. This is basically the idea that time passes more slowly as one’s velocity approaches the speed of light, relative to slower velocities where time would pass faster. This theory has been validated by modern experiments and is the basis for modern physics. But these two premises are far from being originally Einstein’s. FIRST OF ALL, THE IDEA THAT THE SPEED OF LIGHT WAS A CONSTANT AND WAS INDEPENDENT OF THE MOTION OF ITS SOURCE WAS NOT EINSTEIN’S AT ALL, BUT WAS PROPOSED BY THE SCOTTISH SCIENTIST JAMES MAXWELL in 1878.

Maxwell studied the phenomenon of light extensively and first proposed that it was electromagnetic in nature.

James Maxwell wrote an article to this effect for the 1878 edition of the Encyclopedia Britannica. His ideas prompted much debate, and by 1887, as a result of his work and the ensuing debate, the scientific community, particularly Lorentz, Michelson, and Morley reached the conclusion that the velocity of light was independent of the velocity of the observer.

Thus, this piece of the Special Theory of Relativity was known 27 years before Einstein wrote his paper. This debate over the nature of light also led Michelson and Morley to conduct an important experiment, the results of which could not be explained by Newtonian mechanics. They observed a phenomenon caused by relativity but they did not understand relativity. They had attempted to detect the motion of the earth through ether, which was a medium thought to be necessary for the propagation of light.

In response to this problem, in 1880, the irish physicist george fitz gerald, who had also first proposed a mechanism for producing radio waves, wrote a paper which stated that the results of the michelson-morley experiment could be explained if, “…the length of material bodies changes, according as they are moving through the either or across it by an amount depending on the square of the ratio of their velocities to that of light.”

'Probably' is Not Evidence, Litvinenko Inquiry Lacks Any Proof'

A British public inquiry into the death of Aleksandr Litvinenko, who died from radioactive poisoning in 2006, has accused senior Russian officials of "probably" having motives to approve the murder. Why is there still the word “probably” in the report of the UK public inquiry into the death of former Russian FSB officer Aleksandr Litvinenko? Was the inquiry really public? Are we seeing an increased strain in UK-Russia relations? RT asked journalist and broadcaster Neil Clark.

Polonium was also 'probably' used to kill Yasser Arafat. In the related info video below it is speculated that Litvinenko was probably smuggling Polonium from Israel, and that he may have died accidentally after becoming contaminated with the substance.

Asylum Volunteer Admits: ‘90 Per Cent’ Of Migrants Are ‘Unpleasant’, Liars, And Threaten To Behead People

A social worker working in an asylum centre in Hamburg has spoken out about the daily realities of her job, which includes death threats, sexual harassment, aggressive behaviour, forged documents, misogyny, verbal abuse and even physical assault. She has admitted to changing her dress and behaviour in order to stay safe from the migrants, 90 percent of whom she describes as “unpleasant”.Having initially been fired up with enthusiasm for helping the “refugees,” she admits that she is seriously considering quitting, as are most of her colleagues, thanks to the daily litany of abuse they receive at the hands of ungrateful migrants.

“I applied for this job because it was exactly what I wanted to do,” she told German news channel N24. “When confirmation of the job arrived in my mailbox, I looked forward to starting like crazy; finally I could not only help in theory, but also really do something practical to help the refugees.

“I went in in high spirits on my first day at the initial reception centre.” Her job consists of assisting the 1,500 migrants staying in the centre with asylum applications and access to services such as medical health checks.

“Well, and then the first refugees came to my office… After the first few visits I realized that my very positive and idealistic notion of them and their behaviour was very different from the reality… Of course can’t generalize about all refugees under any circumstances, many of them are very friendly, very grateful, very willing to integrate, very happy here… But if I’m honest 90 percent of those who I meet are rather unpleasant.”

Describing the aggressive behaviour of the majority, she explained: “First, many of them are extremely demanding… They came to me and demanded that I immediately set them up with an apartment, a fancy car, and a really good job. When I told them this was not possible, they would become loud and very aggressive. An Afghan threatened to kill himself there and then [if I did not help him with these demands].

“One Arab yelled at a colleague of mine ‘We will behead you!’… Because of these and other things the police are with us several times a week.”

The migrants are also duplicitous, she said, often turning up with a number of false documents.

“They would come to me and tell a story which did not match their papers. I would check with my colleagues and then I would find out that just the day before, the refugees had been to them with a completely different story.

“There was, for example, a resident who came to me with a deportation notice addressed to himself. He wanted to know what would happen next. I explained it to him, and then he went away. Soon afterwards, he appeared in front of my colleague and showed completely new identity documents in a different name. He was then just moved to another camp.”

And they are unreliable, leading to problems within the system as part of the routine is setting medical appointments for the migrants to be screened.

“I make appointments for them, but they just do not show up. This happens so often that the doctors have now asked us not to book as many appointments – but what am I supposed to do? I can’t simply reject the request for an appointment, just because I suspect that the petitioner may not turn up.”

But the biggest problem by far, she says, is the migrants’ attitude towards women, which is so extreme that she has begun to modify her own behaviour in order not to draw unwanted attention.

“It is well known that it is primarily single men who come to us—at least 65 or 70 percent. They are still young, only 20 or so, and not more than 25.

“They simply do not respect women at all. They don’t take us seriously. If I as a woman tell them something or want to take a statement from them, they hardly listen to me at all, or they simply refuse and demand to speak to a male colleague.”

Instead they give her and her female colleagues “contemptuous glances”, or are sexually provocative: one will whistling and make comments in their native language while the others look on and laugh.

“It is really very unpleasant,” she says. “They even photograph us with their smartphones, just like that, without asking, even if you protest against it.”

At first she tried simply ignoring the behaviour, but more recently it has become even more aggressive and intimidating “because in recent weeks there are more and more men from North Africa, from Morocco, Tunisia, or Libya.

They are even more aggressive. I could not ignore it any longer, and I have had to respond,” she continued

If you move to another country and don't respect their laws and traditions then you should leave. It is a country's right (sovereignty) to declare who can and cannot enter (whilst respecting the need for -temporary- asylum seekers). If you act in ways that are threatening to those already residing within a particular country the people have the right to deport you.

Martin Luther King — Paul Craig Roberts

Like all false flag attacks and assassinations, the 1968 murder of Martin Luther King was covered up. In the King case James Earl Ray was the framed-up patsy, just as Oswald was in the case of President John F. Kennedy and Sirhan Sirhan was in the case of Robert Kennedy.

The King family, along with everyone who paid attention to the evidence, knew that they and the public were officially handed a cover-up. After years of effort, the King family managed to bring the evidence to light in a civil case. Confronted with the real evidence, it took the jury one hour to conclude that Martin Luther King was murdered by a conspiracy that included governmental agencies.

For more information see:

Martin Luther King, like John F. Kennedy, was a victim of the paranoia of the Washington national security establishment. Kennedy rejected General Lyman Lemnitzer’s Northwoods Project for regime change in Cuba, opposed the CIA’s invasion plan for Cuba, nixed Lemnitzer’s plans for conflict with the Soviet Union over the Cuban missile crisis, removed Lemnitzer as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and negotiated behind the scenes with Khrushchev to tone down the Cold War. Consequently, members of the military/security complex had it in for Kennedy and convinced themselves that Kennedy’s softness toward communism made him a security threat to the United States. The Secret Service itself was drawn into the plot. The films of the assassination show that the protective Secret Service personnel were ordered away from the President’s car just before the fatal shots.

King was only 39 years old and had established himself as a civil rights leader. The FBI convinced itself that King had communist connections and that the movement he led would develop into a national security threat. In those days, emphasis on civil rights implied criticism of America that many confused with communist propaganda. Criticizing America was what communists did, and here was a rising leader pointing out America’s shortcomings and beginning to foment opposition to the war in Vietnam.

The conflation of justified criticism with treason is always with us. Not long ago Obama appointee Cass Sunstein advocated that the 9/11 truth movement be infiltrated and discredited
before Americans could learn that they had been deceived into accepting wars and the loss of civil liberties. Before Janet Napolitano left her post as head of Homeland Security to become chancellor of the University of California, she said that the focus of Homeland Security had shifted from terrorists to “domestic extremists,” which included war protesters, environmentalists, and government critics.

Throughout history thoughtful people have understood that truth is the enemy of government.
Most governments are privatized. They are controlled by small groups who use the
government to pursue their private agendas. The notion that government serves the public interest is one of the great deceptions.

The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership is an EU-US "trade agreement" that will allow corporations to sue governments in secret tribunals to force them to repeal their safety, environmental and labor laws.

TTIP's most influential backers are supposedly neutral think tanks that publish papers, research and reports supporting the idea of TTIP as beneficial to Europeans and Americans.

Bas van Beek, Jilles Mast and Sophia Beunder from the Dutch "Platform of Authentic Journalism" has published a detailed research report on the hidden funding behind these think tanks, and the way that they are used to launder policy recommendations from governments and corporations to give them the legitimacy an "objective" endorsement.

Kiev Moves 70 Units of Heavy Equipment to the Contact Line

Almost 70 units of heavy armaments and armored vehicles, as well as a few hundred militants of the UAF have been moved this week to the line of contact. Today, the representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Donetsk People's Republic Eduard Basurin confirmed this, reports Donetsk News Agency.

According to Basurin, intelligence of the DPR continues to detect the concentration of military equipment and personnel of the APU in three areas: Gorlovka, Donetsk and Mariupol. Six howitzers "Pion" and "Hyacinth" caliber 152 mm, seven MLRS "Grad", BMP 12, up to 20 vehicles with ammunition and personnel and up to 10 buses with fighters of the 54th mechanized brigade and two platoons of the battalion "Aidar" were found by reconnaissance in the Gorlovka direction.

In Donetsk, intel identified two ACS, four 122-mm howitzers D-30, three tanks, three APCS, two vehicles with ammunition, and up to 150 personnel.

In the Mariupol direction, Kiev moved 10 tanks, seven ACS, two 152-mm howitzers "Hyacinth-B", one MLRS BM-21 "Grad", BMP 12, 31 cars with ammunition and personnel. Basurin also said that in this direction the intelligence was able to detect up to 200 personnel of the armed forces. In addition, security forces have built two pontoon crossings to move military equipment and units across the river.

According to the Minsk agreements heavy weapons are supposed to be withdrawn from the line of contact. After their previous defeats Kiev and their Western (US-neocon) backers have been slowly building their forces in the region so that they can mass firepower and avoid the same mistakes as previously made. The big difference between the sides will still be down to the morale of the ground forces.

Regardless of their firepower, the Kiev forces will pay a heavy price for any advance into the breakaway regions.

Who Killed Martin Luther King? The Cover-Up of the Century

”The United States government is the greatest purveyor of violence in the world.”- Martin Luther King

On December 8, 1999, a jury in Memphis, Tennessee, reached the verdict that Martin Luther King Jr. was killed as a result of a conspiracy involving the FBI, CIA, U.S. Army, Memphis police and the Mafia. After a five week trial which presented 70 witnesses, the jury (made up of six blacks and six whites) rejected the official position that the civil rights titan was shot by a lone assassin, James Earl Ray, who was jailed for 99 years for the crime and died in 1998. The verdict concluded a wrongful death civil lawsuit brought by the King family against Loyd Jowers, owner of Jim‚s Grill, a Memphis cafe located next to the scene of the shooting when it took place on April 4, 1968. The jury found Jowers guilty as one part of a large conspiracy created by government agencies. Jowers admitted his role but insisted that he did not know the identity of the target.
Coretta Scott King, Martin’s widow, hailed the verdict as “a great victory for justice and truth.” She added: “there is abundant evidence of a major high level conspiracy in the assassination of my husband and the civil court’s unanimous verdict has validated our belief.” Dexter King, one of Martin’s four children, said that his father was killed “because he challenged the establishment.” He called the official investigation into Martin’s murder, “the most incredible cover-up of the century.”
The case for conspiracy and the inadequacy of the lone assassin theory seem obvious. The state had no significant evidence implicating Ray. According to the official version, Ray shot King from the bathroom window of a rooming house located next to the Lorraine Motel where the civil rights leader was staying. King was on the motel’s second floor balcony at 6:01 pm on April 4, 1968, when a bullet struck his chin, knocking him to the ground. He died in hospital an hour later. The authorities never matched the bullet that killed King to the rifle they claim Ray used. Charles Stephens, the state’s only eye witness who claimed to have seen Ray leave the rooming house soon after the shot, was too drunk to even stand up at the time. There was a tree branch between the bathroom window and the balcony that made a clear shot impossible. Ray was not a trained marksman and the scope on the rifle was not sighted which means that it could not have hit any target. Six witnesses claimed that the shot came from bushes behind the rooming house. Jim’s Grill was located under the rooming house and its back door opened on to the bushes. Ray was jailed not due to evidence but because he pleaded guilty. He recanted 3 days later and spent the rest of his life trying to get a trial. Under Tennessee law Ray had the right to a trial but this was consistently denied. Ray claimed that his guilty plea was coerced by Percy Foreman, his lawyer at the time, who threatened him with the death penalty.

Turkey: The Islamic State’s Second Home

A recent bombing in the Turkish city of Istanbul has left at least 10 dead and 15 injured. The government in Ankara was quick to blame the so-called “Islamic State” (ISIS/ISIL/Daesh), claiming the bomber was “Syrian” and had crossed over from Syria into Turkey before carrying out the terrorist attack.
The Guardian would report in its article, “Deadly Istanbul blast ’caused by Isis suicide bomber’,” that:
“We have determined that the perpetrator of the attack is a foreigner who is a member of Daesh,” prime minister Ahmet Davuto─člu said, using an Arabic acronym for Isis. “Turkey won’t backtrack in its struggle against Daesh by even one step … This terror organisation, the assailants and all of their connections will be found and they will receive the punishments they deserve.”
However, an overabundance of evidence during the past several years indicates that ISIS is in fact both an intentional creation and continuous perpetuation of foreign state-sponsors of terrorism, including Turkey itself.
Turkey: ISIS’ Second Home
Implicating Turkey as one of ISIS’ primary patrons is not done through mere insinuation or by referencing one or two obscure references. It starts with its closest allies among the NATO alliance it is a member of, and continues month after month, year after year, report after report from media organizations covering the conflict in Syria from every conceivable angle, both favorable and unfavorable for Ankara.
As early as 2012, a Department of Intelligence Agency (DIA) document (.pdf) admitted in regards to the Syrian conflict that:
If the situation unravels there is the possibility of establishing a declared or undeclared Salafist principality in eastern Syria (Hasaka and Der Zor), and this is exactly what the supporting powers to the opposition want, in order to isolate the Syrian regime, which is considered the strategic depth of the Shia expansion (Iraq and Iran).
Mention of this “Salafist” (Islamic) “principality” (State) is clearly when it was decided to transform US, Saudi, and Turkish-backed Al Qaeda affiliates into ISIS. To clarify just who these “supporting powers” were, mentioned in the document who sought the creation of a “Salafist principality,” the DIA report explains (emphasis added):
The West, Gulf countries, and Turkey support the opposition; while Russia, China, and Iran support the regime.
While the US and Saudi Arabia’s role in the creation of Al Qaeda in the 1980’s is well-known, and at least Saudi Arabia’s continued state-sponsorship of terrorism including Al Qaeda and ISIS is relatively well-known, what evidence is there that Turkey has been involved in directly supporting terrorism in Syria, and specifically, supporting ISIS itself?

It was also in 2012, that it would be admitted that the US, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia were supplying hundreds of tons of weapons, through Turkey with the aid of US intelligence agents along the border, to militants fighting in neighboring Syria. Logistical pipelines were created north of Aleppo and northeast of the commercially and culturally important city.

The New York Times in their 2013 article, “Arms Airlift to Syria Rebels Expands, With Aid From C.I.A.,”
If Turkey Created and Still Perpetuates ISIS, Why the Bombing?

It is perhaps this need to portray Turkey at war with ISIS that leads us back to the deadly attack in Istanbul and other recent bombings like it attributed to “ISIS.” If ISIS appears to be carrying out terrorist attacks in Turkey – Ankara, Washington, and Wall Street reason – few will suspect Turkey is in fact one of the primary state-sponsors perpetuating ISIS’ continued existence in Syria.

If anyone questions Turkey’s willingness to self-inflict egregious terrorist attacks upon its own people within its own borders, one needs only study NATO’s extensive, decades-long operation of its various stay behind networks – including Turkey’s “Grey Wolves” terrorist organization that killed thousands in political violence and terrorism both within Turkey’s borders and well beyond them.

Coercive Engineered Migration. Hungary and Europe’s Refugee Crisis

If aggression against another foreign country means that it strains its social structure, that it ruins its finances, that is has to give up its territory for sheltering refugees, what is the difference between that kind of aggression and the other type, the more classical type, when someone declares war, or something of that sort. Sawer Sen, India’s Ambassador to the UN

In an EU press conference on September 3rd, 2015 Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban candidly referred to the current refugee crisis in Europe as “Germany’s problem”. Orban was referring to the fact that refugees amassing at the border of Hungary were heading, for the most part, to Germany. The Hungarian Prime Minister stressed that most of the refugees did not intend to stay in Hungary. Orban has come under criticism for his decision to erect a security fence on the Hungarian/Serbian border in order to stem the flow of migrants entering Hungarian territory illegally.

While most of the European media have portrayed Orban as a xenophobic, far right dictator, the decision to erect a fence was carried out in compliance with EU regulations, which require that all immigrants entering the Shengen zone be registered by the police at the border. Yet, paradoxically, Brussels is criticizing the Hungarian Prime Minister for attempting to comply with EU laws!

France’s daily Le Monde refers to the Hungarian Prime Minister as the man who is attempting to ‘criminalise‘ illegal immigrants. It is indeed a strange country that would criminalize those who break its laws!

So why is Orban coming under fire? Since coming to power in 2010 Victor Orban has implemented domestic, social and political policies that run counter to those dictated by the EU commission. In 2013 Hungary closed down the office of the International Monetary Fund, bringing the country’s finance under state control.

The International Monetary Fund is a key institution of US/Zionist global governance and there are few countries who have escaped its clutches of permanent debt. Therefore, the decision of the Hungarian government to show the IMF the door was nothing short than an act of bold insubordination to US imperialism.

Hungary has also come under criticism for media laws which ban foreign interference from US propaganda outlets such as Voice of America, which the Hungarian government deems to be contrary to the public interest. Consequently, the European Union, which is perfectly happy to ban Iranian television stations, has criticized Hungary for violations of ‘freedom of speech’.

Orban told an audience in Chatham House in 2013 that he believed there was a “leftist and green conspiracy” in Europe against “traditional values”. Orban is no doubt referring to the constant tirades made by war mongering ‘leftist’ zionists such as EU MP Daniel Cohen Bendit against Hungary. Bendit has ironically called Orban the “Chavez of Europe”. This example of ideological name-calling epitomises the meaninglessness of the left/right political paradigm in the post-Soviet era.

Orban’s ‘nationalism’ is not an imperial project. It is, rather, a national philosophy which goes against, and weakens, imperialism. It is nationalism in the sense of national liberation from neo-colonial oppression in the form of international financial institutions and the EU.

What is really going on in Hungary. The media vilification is not surprising. I'm posting this after having read the propaganda version of this situation in the local newspaper.

Also, it's a migrant crisis that Europe is facing, not simply a refugee crisis. Many, if not most, of these people are looking for a better life, with the European welfare state acting as the primary attractor.

The question is, how many migrants can Europe take before their welfare system becomes overburdened, especially during a period of economic decline? Without more jobs these wellfare heavy countries will go into debt and collapse and/or suffer from internal destabilisation with a large underclass of people that are removed from the rest of the existing society.

However, a lot of the migrant problem stems from Western intervention in the Middle East - the destruction of Libya and the Proxy War in Syria.
