Arctic Sea Ice Extent At Its Highest Level In Over A Decade

The poles are supposed to be climate sensitive, with predictions of no summer ice in the north failing to materialise. What we are seeing is renewed growth. The real test will be a return to the ice coverage existing in the 70s.
