Tokyo Train Station 10x Chernobyl Radiation Evacuation Level

The results are like this below

1m height from the ground : 6.5~4.8 microSv/h

1.8m height from the ground : 3.0~4.2 microSv/h

6.5 microSv/h is converted to 57 mSv/y.

It’s higher than 50 mSv/y in mandatory evacuating zone in Fukushima.

The reason of this high level of contamination is assumed to be because hot particles are brought from Fukushima or North Japan by the shoes of passengers.

Most of Northern Japan seems to be screwed. The consequences of this disaster will reveal themselves in time. I am guessing that the Russians had good reasons for evacuating the region surrounding Chernobyl in 1986.
