Kucinich: Libya War Unconstitutional - RT

Amid the ongoing coalitional bombardment of Libya it turns out President Obama may have had no constitutional authority for ordering US military involvement. US Rep. from Ohio Dennis Kucinixh says the use of US armed forces is unconstitutional, explaining Obama had no authority to commit US resources without congressional approval.

If the US and the other involved countries can destroy enough of Gaddafi's heavy equipment, to allow the rebels to succeed, then that is all they should do and then get out. Hopefully they are not using Depleted Uranium Weapons. Perhaps the US and other countries can give the rebels some of Gaddafi's stolen billions so they can hire some help in order to defeat Gaddafi who may have used state monies to recruit African Mercs. However, Dennis Kucinich is correct here. Obama should have gained Congressional approval before acting.
