On June 24th Judicial-Inc Was Shut Down Again
90% of Judicial-Inc is merely current news links, and the other 10% is commentary on world events. Judicial's number of 'host-suspensions' may set a record for the most banned website on the internet. So you need to ask - why? Obviously the simple answer is some of the analysis is hitting too close to home. There are probably twenty other websites with the same format, and none of them have been touched.
I have to suspect there will be a major event such as a nuke in an American city, followed by an attack on Iran, and this is followed by an economic implosion.

Any Bold Moves Left?
Here in America, 15 million unemployed is the official number, but each week scores of jobless drop off the unemployment rolls because their benefits run out and they are no longer counted. The actual number, far higher than what the weekly stats tell us, is on the way to becoming a permanent feature of the new economy. And while governments scrambled to save banks, there’s no comparable urgency about creating jobs.

Former Clinton administration economist Laura Tyson, now a member of the current President’s Economic Recovery Advisory Board, opened the event with a talk that laid out the gloomy numbers. It will take 11 million new jobs to get back to where we were before the Great Recession, and absorb new workers coming into the labor force. If we create 200,000 jobs a month, it will take 12 years; at 350,000 jobs a month, four years. In May, the private sector generated 41,000 new jobs. Don’t do the math; it’s too depressing.

The renegade banking industry and the War on Terror has the US people in a debt death grip. [Remember, the massive banking losses have, and continue to be, socialised.]
On top of this is the fact that US corporate lobbying has allowed US jobs to be sent overseas. The country is running on borrowed money and there are a great many less jobs available to generate internal consumption and tax revenue.
The present Administration needs to consider the following:
1. Reverse the bank bailout, placing the bank debts back on the corporations. Solvent banks will replace those that foolishly made themselves insolvent.
2. Abolish or void all derivatives trading positions with regard to the heavily leveraged exotic CDOs.
3. End the War on Terror and get out of Afghanistan and Iraq. [Admitting 911 was an inside job would fix this.]
4. Change the Law to favour US industry in the USA. [As opposed to outsourcing.]
5. Raise the minimum wage.
6. Cut Taxes for small business.
7. Abolish the Federal Reserve Bank.
8. Abolish many unnecessary Government departments, specifically the Department of Homeland Defence.
9. Dismantle most overseas military bases.
10. Spend money on vital infrastructure [and education].
11. Use The Constitution and US Law to aggressively prosecute those responsible for criminal conduct in terms of committing acts of financial fraud, racketeering etc.

Genetically Modified Crops and the Contamination of America's Food Chain
On June 21, the US Supreme Court released its long awaited decision on the first case involving genetically modified crops, allowing the USDA to impose a partial deregulation, should it so choose. This would permit the sale of Monsanto’s Roundup Ready alfalfa (RRA). However, in its 7-1 ruling, the court also upheld the lower decision to ban complete deregulation.
The US Supreme Court found that the “District Court abused its discretion when banning a partial deregulation and in prohibiting the planting of RRA pending completion of a detailed environmental review,” known as an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).
The decision flies in the face of the facts in this case, and subjects us to further contamination of our food supply.

There are a number of other problems with GM crops, which the Supreme Court ignores, even when presented with some of these issues.
First and foremost, GMOs are created to tolerate or produce pesticide. North America is losing its natural pollinators, specifically bees, butterflies and bats, because of the enormous tonnage of chemicals sprayed in this nation. If we lose our bees, said Einstein, humans will last about six years. We need our pollinators. The entire web of life depends on them.
Those pesticide chemicals have poisoned all of our waters, damaging the biota, or making seafood toxic for humans. Chemical companies like Monsanto, Dow, Bayer, etc. created GMOs so they could sell chemicals. Those chemicals are bad for the environment and for humans.

North America Faces Years of Toxic Oil Rain from BP Oil Spill Chemical Dispersants

When you pour more than a million gallons of toxic chemical dispersants on top of an oil spill, it doesn’t just disappear. In this case, it moves to the atmosphere, where it will travel hundreds, if not thousands of miles from the site of the BP oil spill, in the form of toxic rain.
BP’s oil spill-fighting dispersant of choice is Corexit 9500. It has been banned in Europe for good reason. Corexit 9500 is one of the most environmentally enduring, toxic chemical dispersants ever created to battle an oil spill. Add to that the millions of gallons of oil that have been burned, releasing even more toxins into the atmosphere, and you have a recipe for something much worse than acid rain.
Oil in the environment is toxic at 11 PPM (parts per million). Corexit 9500 is toxic at only 2.61 PPM. But Corexit 9500 has another precarious characteristic; it’s reaction to warm water.
As the water in the Gulf of Mexico heats up, Corexit 9500 goes through a molecular transition. It changes from a liquid to a gas, which is readily absorbed by clouds and released as toxic rain. The chemical-laden rain then falls on crops, reservoirs, animals and of course, people.
What makes ‘Corexit rain’ so frightening are the carcinogens it will leave behind on everything is touches. Acid rain will be considered genial after it is inevitably replaced by the far more virulent ‘Corexit rain.’
It is futile to believe that we can keep ‘Corexit rain’ from occurring - it has already been released and the molecular transformation has begun. We have set off an unprecedented chain of events in nature that we cannot control.
By releasing Pandora’s well from the depths and allowing it bleed into the sea at a rate of 2.5 million gallons of oil a day, the unimaginable becomes material.
Yet unlike a bad dream, we will not wake up from this nightmare and find it gone. The BP Gulf of Mexico oil spill will be touching millions of earth’s life forms for uncountable years.

Warship Sinking: Russia Demands N Korea Be Not Named In G-8 Summit Draft
Russia has demanded member-states at the upcoming G-8 summit refrain from blaming North Korea for the sinking of a South Korean warship in a draft of the meeting's statement.
Citing a Japanese government source, a Kyodo news report said the demand follows an investigation by a team of four Russian Navy submarine and torpedo experts into the March 26 sinking of the 'Cheonan' in the Yellow Sea in which 46 South Korean sailors drowned. Moscow says it has yet to reach an official conclusion on the warship sinking.

US Drones Kill Hundreds in Pakistan
Latest figures show that US military drone missile attacks in Pakistan have killed nearly four hundred people in 2010, Press TV has learned.
The figure shows an increase in the Pentagon's attacks over the past few months. Overall, 36 strikes have been lunched since January this year, killing at least 390 people.
The latest drone strike, which claimed 15 lives on Saturday, targeted a house in a village near Mir Ali town in North Waziristan.
Washington claims its airstrikes target militant hideouts, but most of the attacks have killed civilians -- since August 2008, such strikes have killed nearly a thousand people in rural areas.

This is an important story.
One would think that these drone strikes were counter-productive to creating stability in this region with all the "collateral damage" they cause. The more innocents that are killed or seriously injured the more insurgents and radicals arise to fight the US.
However, for the US establishment, this might be the whole point. Muslim Pakistan is a likely target for destabilisation and/or installing a dictatorship. Also, perpetuating the never ending war on Terror provides purpose for the US military-intelligence establishment. A destabilised Pakistan helps justify a US presence in opium producing Afghanistan.

Call to Ban 'breast cancer' Chemical Found in Babies Bottles
A 'gender bending' chemical found in babies bottles may trigger breast cancer later in life and should be banned, an expert in the disease said today.
Prof Ana Soto - an expert in cancer development at Ulster University - believes there is enough evidence that bisphenol A (BPA) is harmful for the Government to introduce a precautionary ban.
The chemical is widely used to make plastics shatterproof and is found in baby bottles, CD cases, plastic knives and forks and the lining of food and drink cans.
Some scientists are concerned at its use because it mimics the female sex hormone oestrogen and may interfere with the way hormones are processed by the body.
Although some animal studies have shown it is safe, others have linked it to breast cancer, liver damage, obesity, diabetes and fertility problems in animals.
Earlier this year, Denmark became the first EU country to ban the chemical in food and drink containers for the under threes. Canada and three US states have also brought in bans.

Tyranny in the USA: Federal Election Commision Launches Attack on Ron Paul's Campaign for Liberty
This battle is over a very fundamental idea - that Campaign for Liberty and our members should have a voice in lobbying their legislators and exposing the radical views of candidates for office.
Exposing what they're up to - that's what the powers that be can't stand. That's because they don't want Americans to know:
** Congress is spending at a record pace and has now left us over 13 TRILLION dollars in debt, with no end in sight.

Legal fees just to defend our right to free speech.
Thousands of hours of staff time to comply with their demands.

If FEC radicals succeed, I will not even be allowed to tell you and your neighbors how candidates for the House and Senate (or for President in the future) have voted on Liberty issues, so you can put the heat on them when they are most likely to listen.

Flotilla Cover-up by the New York Times for Israel
The NY Times has a long history of pro-Israel reporting of events in the Middle East. One notable illustration is their coverage of Israel’s 1967 attack on the USS Liberty that killed and wounded over 200 American sailors. The Times‘ only account of this deliberate, hour-long assault — a brief summary buried on page 19 of the paper.
The question is who within the New York Times ordered the most recent journalistic stonewalling and kowtowing to Israeli interests. Might it be publisher/owner Arthur Sulzberger, Jr.? Rank-and-file employees and journalists at the Times must be truly embarrassed, even shamed by the actions and inactions of their employer.

Fox “news” continues CBS, ABC, CNN Propaganda to Attack Iran: today’s CIA Operation Mockingbird
In the video clip from Fox below, Bill Kristol advocates US military attack on Iran because he predicts that Israel will attack Iran. This is propaganda for an unlawful war for the following “emperor has no clothes” obvious reasons. The US-created treaty of the UN legally forbids armed attack unless a nation’s government is attacking the US or there is imminent threat of attack. Nearly One Million US Workers Cut Off Unemployment Benefits
With 12 Democrats joining a unanimous Republican bloc, the US Senate voted Wednesday to defeat a proposed extension of unemployment benefits for workers who have been jobless for nearly two years. The bill would have extended unemployment benefits for those out of work more than six months, until November 30.
In the two and a half weeks since June 1, when the last extension expired, some 903,000 workers have seen their benefits cut off. By June 26, that number will top 1.2 million.
Meanwhile, the Labor Department reported that the number of new claims for unemployment compensation jumped to 472,000 last week, the highest figure in several months.

Armada of U.S. and Israeli Warships Head for Iran
More than twelve U.S. and Israeli warships, including an aircraft carrier, passed through the Suez Canal on Friday and are headed for the Red Sea. “According to eyewitnesses, the U.S. battleships were the largest to have crossed the Canal in many years,” reported the London-based newspaper al-Quds al-Arabi on Saturday.

Retired Egyptian General Amin Radi, chairman of the national security affairs committee, told the paper that “the decision to declare war on Iran is not easy, and Israel, due to its wild nature, may start a war just to remain the sole nuclear power in the region,” according to Yedioth Internet, an Israeli news site.
The passage of a warship armada through the Suez Canal and headed for the Persian Gulf and Iran is apparently not deemed important enough to be reported by the corporate media in the United States.

A nationwide alert has been issued for 17 members of the Afghan military who have gone AWOL from a Texas Air Force base. The foreign military officers were training to become pilots in Lackland Texas, reports FoxNews. The Afghan officers and enlisted men have security badges that give them access to secure U.S. defense installations.

Secret Prisons and Torture to Continue under Obama
According to a Los Angeles Times report, a senior U.S. official stated the Obama administration wants to detain and interrogate non-Afghan terrorism suspects captured in countries outside Afghanistan in a section of the Bagram prison, even after it turns the prison over to Afghan "control."
The proposal is reportedly in the early stages of development.
This is consistent with Obama’s record of continuing and expanding the national security state begun by the Bush regime. Bagram is one of the pre-eminent hellhole prisons currently run by the U.S. military. In many respects it is even worse than Gitmo, with torture and death being the result for many prisoners detained there.
To date, Obama administration lawyers have been successful in court in arguing that prisoners held at Bagram are not entitled to due process rights such as habeas corpus. As a result of the federal court victory, the U.S. can use Bagram to detain indefinitely, without any judicial oversight, "terrorism suspects" captured far from any battlefield who have not been charged with any crime.

Furthermore, the Obama Administration has also failed to charge any members of the previous administration with War Crimes (torture, illegal invasions etc). This clear lack of action is an obstruction of justice. When there is overwhelming evidence of criminal activity against US Laws & Constitution the Congress and President are OBLIGATED to act. By defending the indefensible, and continuing the policies of the Bush Administration, the Obama Administration is acting beyond the Law.
The questions being raised here are not partisan arguments favouring a left or right view, but questions dealing with criminal conduct ! The game here needs to be exposed so we can stop the corruption. Obama's lot needs to be held accountable as much as Bush's lot. No one should be above the Law.

The Arar ruling upholds the "legality" of a new, universal form of slavery, i.e., the United States government can deprive anyone in the world of their freedom, and dispose of their bodies as it sees fit: torture, "indefinite detention," or even "targeted assassination." The fact that it is a man of partly African descent who is now outstripping the Southern slavers in this extension of servitude to the entire world is one of those poisonously bitter ironies with which history abounds.

North Korea Claims S. Korea, US Fabricated Ship Sinking Case
North Korean ambassador to the UN Sin Son Ho has firmly rejected charges that his country was responsible for the sinking of the South Korean warship Cheonan, in a press conference in New York on Tuesday (Wednesday, June 16 in Asia).
Ambassador Sin warned that Pyongyang would respond militarily to any Security Council condemnation over the sinking of the South Korea vessel, which Seoul blamed on North Korea.

Sin added that the material evidence they had presented raised many doubts even inside South Korea, and its ally US and around the world.
He said that the attribution of responsibility for the sinking to his country was a farce concocted by the US and the South Korea for political purposes.

Regulators Close Seattle Bank, Total Now 82
The community bank industry has been slower to bounce back from the deep recession than other parts of the economy.
While many big banks and other financial financial firms are back to reporting steady profits, small banks are still weighed down by slowly unraveling commercial real estate loans.
Bank failures are expected to peak in the third quarter of this year, the FDIC has said, and then start tapering off if the economic recovery continues to take hold.
Last year 140 banks closed, compared with 25 in 2008 and three in 2007.

The risk of weapons of mass destruction falling into the hands of terrorists is the gravest threat facing the United States, a Pentagon official has said.
Asked about the existential threats against Washington, Undersecretary of Defense for Policy Michele Flournoy said there were many, but warned that "the thing that keeps me awake at night is a nexus between terrorism and massive destruction."
She told a Washington symposium on US security that the United States needs to better prepare for "the possibility that a terrorist organization could either acquire a ready-made weapon or fabricate something improvised that would have a catastrophic effect for us."

5. The various official scientific "investigations" were conducted by many of the same people, some of whom had clear connections & contracts with the US military or government. Some had connections to nano-thermite research. This is indicative of a cover-up.
6. There was ample opportunity to plant explosives during a 9 month "elevator modernisation" program right before the attacks. The building security also appears to have been compromised.

Flotilla Massacre: EYEWITNESSES- ISRAEL ATTACKED ALL THE SHIPS VIOLENTLY
Survivors of Israel’s attack on the "Free Gaza" flotilla are now sharing their accounts of the atrocities that took place in international waters. The eyewitness testimony of passengers from all five ships plainly contradicts Israel’s claim that its commandos merely acted in self-defense ("In their own words: Survivor testimonies from flotilla 31 May 2010").
What Really Happened?
- Free Mediterranean : "Commandos were already using teargas and firing live ammunition as they hit the deck,” says Michalis Grigoropoulos, a peace activist from Greece. “We did not resist at all, we couldn't even if we had wanted to... Then they used electroshock weapons on some activists."
- Challenger I : Fiachra O Luain, from Ireland, "I saw what they did. I was on the bow of the Challenger I and there was live gunfire straight away from below and from the helicopters. One of the men was shot in the head. Another man was shot with a bullet right between his eyes at point blank range."
American Huwaida Arraf says, "They started beating people. My head was smashed against the ground and they stepped on my head. They later cuffed me and put a bag over my head. They did that to everybody."
Shane Dillon of Ireland describes the commandos using "stun guns, tasers, assaulting people with the butt ends of rifles, pushing people to the ground and standing on them."
Alex Harrison, UK activist: "We saw the helicopter come down and we heard the beginnings of the opening of live fire. I didn't fully take in that they were using live fire… but it began to sink in that… they were using live fire."
Dr. Fintan Lane , from Ireland: "When they boarded our boat, we resisted entirely peacefully. I sat on the floor and tried to reason with them, but the Israeli commandos physically attacked us. Fiachra O Luain was dragged around the ground and I had a gun pointed in my face by a screaming commando. His mania was so intense that I genuinely feared for my life."
- Sfendoni : American Structural Engineer Gene St. Onge says, "I was kicked in the head… The captain was being pulled and hit. He sustained rather serious injuries… He had a punctured ear drum, a neck injury, and a back injury… I was thrown on the deck a couple times… a Libyan Arab living in Europe was hit with a butt end of a rifle in his right eye. He fell to the deck. He was writhing in pain, trying to get away, but he was continually being kicked. When I saw that, I tried to get to him. I was screaming, 'Leave him alone!' I kept getting pushed back. Finally I tried to cover him. At that point I was hit with a rifle or something. I was bleeding. And I was restrained with handcuffs."

The whole point of being violent was to intimidate further efforts at breaking the blockade. This tactic has backfired. Egypt has now opened the border and a second fleet of ships is assembling.

"The BBC reportedly offered to triple the union's pay once it agrees to strip Press TV of its broadcasting rights in Herat," the bureau added.

Pentagon Tightens Grip on the Obama Administration and the Intelligence Community
If President Obama were truly interested in intelligence reform, he would have abolished the office of national intelligence and the position of intelligence czar or at least placed the DNI in civilian hands to counter the Pentagon's control of intelligence personnel and intelligence spending. The Pentagon already controls nearly 85 percent of the $70 billion intelligence budget and nearly 90 percent of the 100,000 intelligence personnel. Active duty and retired general officers now command nearly all of the major institutions of the intelligence community, although my 18 years on the faculty of the National War College confirmed my impression that military officers are not distinguished in the fields of strategic intelligence or geopolitical problem solving.
Strategic management of the 16 agencies of the intelligence community is the DNI's major challenge, but the last three intelligence czars have been unqualified general and flag officers. The absence of an independent civilian to counter the power of military intelligence threatens civilian control of the decision to use military power and makes it more likely that intelligence will be tailored to suit the purposes of the Pentagon. The president's erratic decision making on Afghanistan over the past year points to military domination of the decision making process.

GM Lobby Helped Draw up Crucial Report on Britain's Food Supplies
A powerful lobbying organisation representing agribusiness interests helped draft a key government report that has been attacked by environmentalists for heavily favouring the arguments of the genetically modified food industry.
The revelation comes after the resignation of two government advisers who have criticised the close relationship between the Food Standards Agency (FSA), the body that oversees the UK's food industry, and the GM lobby.
Emails between the FSA and the Agricultural Biotechnology Council (ABC) show the council inserted key sentences strengthening the case for GM food that ended up in the final report.

Doctors 'Helped Test Waterboarding Technique on Terror Suspects in U.S. Custody'
'We're saying there needs to be a search warrant. If the White House does not act on this, it's turning its back on something that could be perceived as a war crime.'
According to the report: 'Medical personnel were required to monitor all waterboarding practices and collect detailed medical information that was used to design, develop and deploy subsequent waterboarding procedures.'
The report said doctors recommended adding salt to the water used for waterboarding so the patient wouldn't experience hyponatremia, a condition of 'low sodium levels in the blood caused by free water intoxication'.
The report interpreted that doctor-recommended practice of using saline solution as 'Waterboarding 2.0'.
It also said information was gathered on the pain inflicted when various techniques were used in combination.
Mr Raymond said the purpose was to see if the pain caused violated Bush administration definitions of torture, rather than as a safeguard of the detainees' health.
Medical personnel also monitored sleep deprivation, with sleepless stints from 48 hours to 180 hours - again to make sure it did not cause prolonged physical and mental suffering, as per those Bush administration definitions, rather than to watch out for harm to the detainee.

"The sun is waking up from a deep slumber, and in the next few years we expect to see much higher levels of solar activity. At the same time, our technological society has developed an unprecedented sensitivity to solar storms. The intersection of these two issues is what we're getting together to discuss."
The National Academy of Sciences framed the problem two years ago in a landmark report entitled "Severe Space Weather Events—Societal and Economic Impacts." It noted how people of the 21st-century rely on high-tech systems for the basics of daily life. Smart power grids, GPS navigation, air travel, financial services and emergency radio communications can all be knocked out by intense solar activity. A century-class solar storm, the Academy warned, could cause twenty times more economic damage than Hurricane Katrina.
Much of the damage can be mitigated if managers know a storm is coming. Putting satellites in 'safe mode' and disconnecting transformers can protect these assets from damaging electrical surges.

Desperate Financial Situation, Biggest Debt Bubble in World History: Fifty Statistics About The U.S. Economy
Most Americans know that the U.S. economy is in bad shape, but what most Americans don't know is how truly desperate the financial situation of the United States really is. The truth is that what we are experiencing is not simply a "downturn" or a "recession". What we are witnessing is the beginning of the end for the greatest economic machine that the world has ever seen. Our greed and our debt are literally eating our economy alive. Ethan Bronner of NY Times Confirms Israel Started Hostilities on Flotilla
The NY Times Jerusalem Bureau Chief, whose objectivity was cast into doubt because his son actively serves in the IDF, has just published a detailed article on the flotilla massacre.
The second paragraph jumps off the page:
"The crack of an Israeli sound grenade and a hail of rubber bullets from above were supposed to disperse activists, but instead set them into motion. And when three Israeli commandos slid down ropes out of helicopters to take over the ship, a crowd set upon them."
The “newspaper of record” (of all places!) finally cuts through all hasbara coming out of the IDF Press Office and Israeli Foreign Ministry.
The activists did NOT attack first (something that anyone listening to any eyewitnesses other than the IDF already knew). The commandos shot stun grenades and rubber bullets from above. Only THEN did the activists attack them after they descended.

It's important to know which side started the trouble. If it wasn't for the blockade around Gaza, initiated by Israel after Hamas won the elections, then there would not be any need to send humanitarian supplies to the Palestinian people.
However, having said that, one would have also thought that the activists/crew onboard the relief ship would have stood down when faced with gun toting commandos. There was no way to win and fighting back just made the situation worse.
